The JK® system is a water-based retro-fit underfloor heating system (UFH). Our installation method uses patented JK floorgrinders to create 15*15mm channels into existing screed or concrete floors whilst maintaining dustless extraction. Heating pipe is then laid into these channels which sit directly below the floor finish.

When I employ a contractor I expect…

When I employ a contractor I expect them to arrive on time, listen to my needs, have the expertise to meet my requirements, and carry out the work in a professional manner, cleaning and tying up all lose ends. My expectations are usually too high, but Dean did not disappoint. I'm very satisfied. I hope the plumber coming to fit the boiler and get the system running is as good.

Professional Service & Great team.

After some good communication prior to arrival, the guys turned up on time, carried out a professional service and was finished within the expected time scale.

On a personnel side, they where a pleasure to have at the house. I look forward to meeting them again for phase two of the project.

I am already recommending to service to others.
