Jk distro robbed me... I ordered 9 o they sent 2 and will not respond or refund me, they've closed their discord and their website is down. Hundreds of dollars ... they won't refund me so I may have to go to my bank ... horrible business

Same situation as you guys but I filed a dispute with my bank not waiting for them to take my hard earned money and flee. You guys need to go educate yourself and know your rights. If a company doesn't deliver the goods you purchased, regardless if it's thca which is FEDERALLY LEGAL as of NOW, you file a dispute with your card provider on the basis of goods not delivered. Every company who processes credit/debit card does so under the company "Stripe", when you file a debit card dispute, it goes directly to Stripe. If a flood of disputes happen within a short time, Stripe will freeze their visa /mastercard account and hold all remaining funds. So again when u think about the fact that they stopped responding it makes sense, u keep going off the hope that they'll ship out eventually, while they take the money and run, OR we can all file disputes with our debit
/credit card providers instead of just leaving trust pilot reviews so that Stripe can freeze their payment processing account. All those saying exit scam, listen in order for you to process debit/credit cards, you have to sign up for stripe as a business owner with your ID and social security number. They're the ones that actually process the payment not jk distro. When u file a dispute with your bank it goes to stripe not jk distro. Like PayPal, Stripe can ban JK distros's payment account and block them and freeze their remaining funds. So if you're reading this be sure to file a dispute on top of your review don't just wait it out and hope, by then they'll be long gone with your money!!

They took 4 days to fill my order and by the time they got around to actually filling it they were out of the items I ordered. After a couple more days they offered a store credit and I just asked for a refund. They took way too long to reply to emails about my order. Why would you want to buy from someone who doesn’t have what they say? Poor customer service and lousy product fulfillment. No proper analysis.paperwork on their products.

I placed an order last Tuesday still haven’t received tracking or any updates on it. I went back on the website today it says not accepting orders but where is my order or my money I’m so lost right now ? #692621

I just spend over $200 on Saturday may 2nd and its been processing for a week still processing i have a tracking number and stuff but this never happened before. And from the other reviews i guess they're not going to ship at all at least give me my money back smh its my birthday month and all just to be screwed out of 200 plus smh crazy thing is i promoted jk to my close friends and to show them its legit and they should shop jk all for this bs to happen man im beyond pissed

Jkdistro has closed operations. They will not refund any orders. Other dispensarys will be shutting down operations as well. New laws are coming in November.

Update: Everything I've seen jk has permanently closed the warehouse this seems to be true for sure allegedly employees kinda found out like we did and some haven't been paid again allegedly. Refunds don't seem to be going out dispute with your bank they are a legal business and simply can't scam you go to your bank not jk and get your money back !

Spent a long time and A LOT of money with this company I would completely avoid right now no orders being done no support ect ect as for budget went they were great but customer service is rude as well they don't like to fix a 30 dollar problem on a 300-400 dollar order I could go on and on multiple occasions I have been disappointed but this situation is a tad too weird do NOT order switch vendors

Jk distro is doing typical exit scam behavior. Orders not shipping, discord went down, no response to emails. STAY away I just lost my money with these dirty bastards!!!! They used to be the best in the business, but they decided to close doors and run!!!!!

They are scamming everyone DO NOT PURCHASE i repeat do NOT purchase they wont send you anything and most likely wont give you your money back and if its too late i suggest lawyering up and make these mfs pay.

Been ordering from them frequently for 2 years! Placed an order 5 days ago no tracking 😡 wont respond to my emails and voicemail is full when you call no pickup. No excuse for this

I have never had any real issues. Jk is the best. Legitimate quality, from people who care. Medicate the masses.

They are straight up taking $75 from me i've been waiting for a week now for it to even get ready to ship and still nothing i have called and emailed them and during work hours they do not respond i feel robbed

As others have said, I too have ordered a smalls ounce and received no updates, and no communication from JKD. They are a terrible company in regards to communication and customer service. I had a great experience using their services for years, but this is beyond ridiculous.

Looks like an exit scam by a business. Only my second order first was fine but this one has been processing for a while now and no contact with them. Site says they’re not accepting new orders maybe they got in legal trouble but they should refund us

Disputed with my card and got refunded already

They've been "processing" my order for 4 days now and nobody will email, call, answer the chat... Anything at all. If they can't do as they say maybe they should shut down

As the last few posts say, coustomer service is terrible! I ordered nugs and received smalls/popcorn. I emailed them pics that not a single "nug" was bigger than a nickel. They replied promptly asking for a pic of the recept. Sent a pic of the receipt and has been radio silence since, now over a week. I guess it's time to find a more reliable plug.

I never write reviews but also this is the only time I've had problems with getting my order completed. If I didn't have terrible depression and ptsd I wouldn't care this much about when it arrives but I absolutely need my medicine. Ordered Sunday (I know they don't operate on Sunday that's fine) but now it's Thursday and still says "Order Placed" I am considering a refund, though I do not want to have to do that.. shipping me my product is what I want.

What's going on with them? They just scamming everyone before they go dark or something? Literally no shipments are going out and they aren't actually responding to customers. It's just them asking for order numbers and not actually doing anything
