Perfect costumer service

It's a great company that offers quality products without overcharging the consumer. The words that come to mind are reliable, customer focused, quality without sacrificing quantity. And the efficienct and knowledgeable customer service team can't be beat. I've ordered several different products from jkdistro and ppls plug. It's worth noting that both entities are definitely worth checking out and you never know, you might be surprised🌷✨🎂🌊🌈😌

They have amazing deals and good quality products- but the way they treat their customers (especially ones who go to customer service being as polite as possible after struggling with troubleshooting problems for over half an hour) has not only irritated the hell out of me- but it was the last straw. It genuinely feels like they will give out coupon codes and/or you will redeem earned points that you can’t use because “everything with a red price is on sale” so when you go looking for something- ANYTHING under $50-$75 it’s all in red. I think this is shady behavior when you already clearly label what’s on sale by dashing out the original price. Then I was CUT OFF and the agent left the chat altogether while I was still troubleshooting the issue with them- even after asking them politely to stay on with me for just a second while I try to find something that wasn’t listed in red/on sale/in bulk that would meet the criteria they were providing. I only realized she had left the chat after I came back to ask if she could help me find something under $100 that wasn’t a bulk item or on sale and I was greeted by the original AI help bot. As a small business owner, I truly feel that having quick, reliable and polite customer service and NOT being shady with how you handle reward points/coupons (ESPECIALLY rewards points as you have to have bought a certain amount from them already to have earned those points) that you basically can’t use and will just watch them expire unless you are willing to drop over $100. Maybe there are a few things below that, that aren’t in red but for the life of me I couldn’t find any (though to be fair most of what I purchase is flower, pre rolls, and concentrates so maybe the edibles section has more “variety” in that aspect?).

Advice from someone who used to absolutely adore buying from here- if you are just coming for the already upfront deals they have then I would say go for it 100%, just don’t expect to be able to use coupon codes or any points that you earn and expect to be treated poorly by customer service. My morals will always play a part in what I put my money into and they have made it very clear where their morals lie- or lack thereof.

I’ve been using JK distro for about two years now and they have never let me down.

Order was canceled n refunded for no reason now I'm with out my meds n still waiting for my refund to be able to re order somewhere else and it's crazy cause I'm a member to your site my address is verified phone # verified email is verified trust pilot account verified n yet u guys still asked for a photo I'd n also a Pic of my account statement showing the charge on my account SMH like I ordered a oz it was 43$ total with shipping like I live in a legal state n I'm 38 I'm handicap with 14broken bones n was hit by a car n car stuck on top of my body back in now 9th in a wawa parking lot so I'm handicap n I need that meds for my pain I just don't understand y your system would automatically flagged my order cause I first got declined cause I had my shipping address in the mailing address the same witch there not as I'm not living at home no longer so once I corrected the info it worked n my money came out my account now I'm the one screwed over not cool n not understandable either it's such a same I was so excited to try you guys out too smh

Once again we are now in February last review was in December and they just keep doing it every time I have gotten so much product in the last couple months and it's on point on time above quality I have sent 72 people to JK and will be sending many more MUCH LOVE TO ALL OF THE JK DISTRO FOLKS YALL ARE NUMBER 1

OMFG!!!!! This place kicks wicked ass!! I thought I was gonna get some crappy ass buds. But I got some fire bright green buds with purple an bright orange hairs. White truffle 30.23% is my fav so far I also got pink certz. I am definitely so happy with there products an they threw me a free dime bag with my 2 ozs a free sticker too. I'm definitely going be back to buy more an bringing my friends money too.

So, it appears the local USPS is the issue. JK got the issue resolved, and somehow my package went from never leaving to California to my doorstep in 24 hours.

All my issues were caused by blatant misinformation out of the USPS.

I'm sorry for my earlier poor review, and appreciate JK's customer service team (SE and CM are who I spoke with) for helping.

My first order with JK Distro went extremely well; it arrived quickly, shipped out rapidly, and even came with a small free sample on the side just to be nice.

My second order?

I paid for expedited shipping, same as the first; it's been in processing at the post office for the last 48 hours, and given the previous reviews I've read thus far, I'm likely never going to see that item.

I requested a refund for the expedited shipping from their CS team, but was parroted automated babble and copy-paste scripts about how the Post Office needs to refund me (that's not how USPS works, I work in e-commerce logistics and USPS just directs customers back to the shipper).

As a customer with two large orders whose volume was tapering up into wholesale amounts as I tested the viability of the product, I'm disappointed and highly reconsidering spending further money with this company.

A credit card dispute will be forthcoming if I am not given some indication of refund for the expedited shipping immediately. Thank you.

Pretty much the same thing everyone else is saying!!!! they give u the run around when they mess up!!!! I ordered next day air on my last two orders which came 3 to 5 days late there responses went from talk to carrier to we are waiting on info from carrier to we dont refund shipment fees even tho they collect the fees on shipping all run around poor customer service

It was good, worth the money spent, very very very very outstanding and very very nice and I am happy with the results
