Heard about Lee and his team through a friend of mine he's absolutely amazed me with how he has worked from minute one , new to everything at the time of my accident he was very reasonable and reassuring to how the process was going to work always kept me informed has done a brilliant job looked after me and my side of events very knowledgeable top top solicitors if I needed a solicitor future preference I would not look past JKLawyers , Thanks again Lee and team absolute ace work.

I had a non fault accident. The 'gentleman' I had the accident was not very pleasant or helpful. So I knew it would not be a straight forward claim. Therefore I decided to use Jones Kinvig Lawyers. I had an initial phone interview, and was advised that they were happy to take my case on.
Lee the solicitor could not have been more helpful. I had to hire a car for work, which was difficult, as like many, finances are tight. I also had to store my car, as it wasnt roadworthy. Lee dealt with all correspondence from this point on. This took a lot of stress away from a difficult claim.
Unfortunately even though the defendant eventually admitted liability, I had to attend court due to hire car costs. I was nervous, as I have never been to court. Lee and the barrister were amazing. I even recieved a courteousy call from Lee on the day of court.
Hannah the barrister was so reassuring and realised how nervous I was. Thankfully she was able negotiated with the defendant barrister, and reach an out of court settlement. Therefore I did not need to go into the court room.
I was delighted with the result. I incurred no costs, my hire car and storage of my car were covered. My car was fixed, and returned to me, valeted and smelling lovely. Best of all, the defendant got what he deserved for not being decent in the first place.
Lee, was polite, reassuring and professional. He kept me up to date with case and correspondence from the defendants insurance. I can not recommend them enough.

Couldn’t have asked for better representation, 10/10 in every aspect, had my crash claim all sorted complete hassle free.

We were referred to JK Lawyers from a friend who had a similar situation to ourselves. Lee has been fantastic throughout the whole process. He called us the very next morning after we filled the enquiry form out the night of our car crash. Lee was very informative and sympathetic in regards to the situation we found ourselves in. Within a few hours our car was towed away and replaced with a hire car. 8 weeks later my case has been settled with my partners due to be settled within the next few weeks.
