WASTED 4 MONTHS

WASTED 4 MONTHS

Ordered sofas at the start of January, paid a deposit, and was promised delivery in 4-6 weeks. After months of chasing and broken promises, I finally received a one-line text at the end of April saying they couldn’t complete my order due to “Storm Èowyn” damaging their supplier's workshop back in January. Along with that message came a refund — nearly four months later.

There were zero updates unless I reached out myself. After the initial 6-week window passed, I contacted them and was given the option to proceed or get a refund. I chose to proceed. Near the second estimated date, I chased them again, only to be told staff were on holiday and the sofas would be ready by early May. Then, after several unanswered messages, I got a final dismissive text saying they couldn’t fulfill the order and were refunding me.

They held onto my deposit for nearly 4 months, despite allegedly knowing their supplier was affected by storm damage back in January. No apology beyond a generic message. No compensation offered. No accountability. And no one ever answered the phone — only sporadic, delayed text replies (after several prompts).

Before placing the order, communication was instant — clearly only eager to secure the sale. After payment, it was a different story.

They completely wasted my time. Horrible experience, extremely poor communication, and zero professionalism. I strongly recommend staying far away from this business.
