There is no 0 star available

There is no 0 star available. I ordered 4.5k worth of 045 Toner (Order #62817) on September 7. There are supposed to be 4 colors, only black works. I have been emailing them which has been pointless. Now, I called the customer care, he speaks rudely and tells me he cant do anything. I asked him atleast give me the number of the customer care or the people related to fixing this matter, he says he cant do anything. Thanks for the utter waste of time and money JK Toners!

Worst defective products and customer support

I purchased (Order #57425) two cartridges for my Canon MF3010 and HP M1136 MFP. I am not satisfied by both the items.
Canon cartridge I faced the big issue that the cartridge they supplied is not enter in to the printer compartment. I noticed that the side nobs are little bigger than normal company toners. Then I took the photos and sent it to the JK Toners company.
What they simply said is your 7 day return time is over. After that I request them that I dont know about your return policy I just I purchased your cartridge for my next use once the existing cartridge print quality is gets over. Then I promised that If I took using your cartridge for single print I wont ask you my money. Just asked them to take the cartridge return and check the issue. But they did not response my long and repeated mails. I called to them to given (7838273006 Bulk order customer number) mobile number, but he refused to ask my questions simply he told me to mail. I told him that no reply for my mails. He did not ready response to my queries.
Another issue with HP cartridge is, its not working properly after 20 to 25 copies. Each and every time I took the cartridge and shake well and put it in my machine and take the few prints and do the same again for further copies.
I just spent only Rs 864 for both cartridges. Its not big to me. But the problem is they are not ready to response to my mails and calls. They have given contact number for bulk orders. But not given any number for customer care.
"Quality is our first priority" I attracted by the tagline given by them. But I lost money, wasted my time and unwanted mental stress.
