First time buyer from JLR Parts and what a great experience. Sent a question re a replacement tail light but wasn't sure which part was correct for my car. Jack responded speedily, and the online purchase was quick and easy. The part arrived within 3 days as stated. Although this is a brand new light, it is surplus stock and they tell you in advance that since the part has been in storage it may have light scratches or scuffs. But I was pleasantly surprise, it really is brand new with no signs of any marks, and it works perfectly. And at a great price! A super customer experience!
