I didn’t employ them my neighbours did.
They broke my glass and put lead from my neighbours property over my airspace into my guttering causing it to block
This happened over a month ago, I still have broken glass hanging down from my side passage roof
They tried to get me to accept polycarbonate as a replacement ( a cheap alternative to glass).
They have been around (I found the CEO very rude and objectionable)
They still haven’t made any arrangements to replace or make safe the glass they broke. Currently it isn’t safe for me to use my back door!
They haven’t as yet made any arrangements to remove the lead ( which they verbally agreed to remove )
They did come and remove the broken glass from the gutter but only after I had to ask them too. Originally they left it in both mine and my neighbours gutter.
I asked for a acknowledgment of what they have done in writing but no surprise nothing yet.
They started the work next door on the day of my husbands funeral. It seems very much as the CEO is trying to take advantage of the fact that I am a recently widowed women on her own.

We wanted a juliete balcony and a wider lounge patio doors. A very messy job.
From start to finish the ⁰men on the job were fantastic
and cleaned up every day.It took 5 men to lift the glass balcony up on a lift with scaffold as it was over 130kgs.
They had never done such a large balcony before.
It looks fantastic.
The plasterer and electrician were brilliant and the finish is ready for the decorator.
I cannot fault their workmanship.

Beyond dreadful. Worst after sales care experience not only from a window company but any business.

I've has three previous experiences with upvc windows with other companies. On each occasion all post fitting issues were dealt with professionally, competently, without fuss, protest or attitude. JMI are the Exact Opposite.

Windows supplied appear to my eyes to be very low quality, poorly manufactured with obvious defects. After sales inspection a complete disgrace. They just don't care and left me stunned and insulted.

Site visit to inspect resulted in being told that's just how it comes from the factory. Imagine buying a new kitchen and having the supplier tell you that. Its ridiculous. Multiple issues.

Very pricey compared to other suppliers. If you're going to charge 20% more than the rest, at least ensure you offer a superior service not a Worse one.

I now have two choices. Take JMI to the civil courts or dump the offending windows, start again and write off thousands of pounds.

I utterly condemn this company.

Don't sign the contract. Walk away and go elsewhere
