We’ve been using JMR for many years (I’ve lost count but around 8 years now) and they are truly amazing! As a busy working household we couldn’t be without them and I love coming home from work knowing my house is clean and fresh.
From their cleaning service to their outstanding customer service we can’t fault them. Nothing is too much trouble for proprietors Mark & Jo. Mark does a regular routine clean which we have agreed on but will always accept a request to concentrate on certain areas of the house if needed. He always completes a cleaning report so you know exactly what has been done that day.
He is punctual and reliable, communication via email or text is always prompt and professional.
I have recommended JMR to many friends and family and will continue to do so.

A Local and Friendly Firm. Mark explains what needs to be done and provides various options to consider so you know in advance costs etc. Once the job has been completed you will not be disappointed with the "sparkling" result.

If there was a way of giving more than 5 stars, then I would do so! JMR Cleaning are 100% professional in everything they do. Their cleaning is of the highest standards, staff are friendly, respectful, professional and always give 100% in everything they do.

Very good cleaning company ...always punctual...always does cleaning very efficiently...and leaves things spick and span ...very pleased ...

JMR is a new company to us. So far we have been given very good service. The operative is polite, friendly hardworking and timely.

The work areas had not been professionally cleaned for some time, so it has taken a while for JMR to get on top of them.

Also the pandemic has caused a few problems in maintaining the schedules, but JMR try very hard to replace missed sessions.

It is re-assuring JMR arrive with all the cleaning aids & materials that are needed for the job, so there are no hold-ups due to our own lack of equipment.

I have given four stars initially because of the intermittent scheduling problems, but once this has been resolved I think five stars will become appropriate.
