These guys are great. At first mine did not work, and they worked with me until it did. I am thoroughly satisfied with them, and will come back whenever I need another unlock. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Unfortunately they were not able to unlock my phone from Puerto Rico, but they did give me a full refund!!! They are quick to send out emails and are very good about customer service, I will definitely come strait back to them for any iPhone unlock I may have in the future.

I must admit in this day an age in the tech era, finding a trustworthy site isn't that easy. I was looking to unlock my iPhone 5 to sell it for the Galaxy S4 and I checked a bunch of websites before I landed here at jmunlocks. It's very straight-foward. Select your carrier and the amount of time you'd like to wait for the unlock (I chose 1-12 hours and my phone was unlocked in 4 hours on a Sunday!) I picked up a T-Mobile sim just to make sure it worked and sure enough it did. Thank you for your services and I will be recommending you guys to everyone I know!!!

I have used these guys to unlock at least 6-7 iPhones and they have always been very responsive to my questions and have unlocked the phone during the given time frame. I have never had any issues with them and I 10000% recommend them.

I just wanted to say That JMUNLOCK IS AN AWESOME SERVICE!!! I wanted to unlock my Iphone 5 locked to a Swiss network and I didnt if it was better to go to their rivals officialiphoneunlock.co.uk but I wanted to try something New and cheaper by 30 bucks.

So I tried it and was amazed the unlock was written 1-3 business days and I GOT MY UNLOCK DONE IN 6 HOURS!!!!! I WAS AMAZED AND NO IM NOT A GUY PAYED TO WRITE GOOD COMMENTS OR SOMETHING IM A TRUE SPEAKER!!!!

After weeks of lurking around online looking for a reasonable fee for an unlock process. I found JM Unlocks, and I did my research. Looked and read the feed backs, being cautious of not being scammed, because there is a lot of scams online. So, I emailed them and after series of emails I finally ordered and true to their words. After 5 days, my Iphone 4 is factory unlock!

Never had a better experience.... Tried a number of other unlock providers before and none on them were able to provide the service I required. JMunlock was the first company that I can say lived up to their word.... Fast, reliable, excellent price and great communication.

Unlocked one at&t iphone4. Unexpected with just simple step to complete payment and wait for it.
Voila~ it just unlocked within one day just before i receive the email notification about unlock.
This is better than the other unlock site which have too many step and create stupid account or verify email.. Simple and no question needed.
They even answered my enquiries in facebook.

I contacted JM Unlocks after a seller from an iSotre in my city said I could solve my problem with it. I had a problem with the activation of the phone (SSN+Zip Code AT&T activation screen). I thought I was gonna have a useless phone as everybody have told me the information required by the phone should have been provided by the seller of the phone (I bought it in Amazon, and he obviously didn't want to give me that info). After I got this service, my problem was solved and I can now use my phone perfectly working with my venezuelan carrier. I higly recommend this service!

I am very picky and research everything before I make a decision. I looked JM Unlocks up and saw all there reviews, but still was not convinced. Then I came across a customer that wasn't able to get his phone unlocked but JM still did the right thing with them. So that made me think and I decided well it's only $18 what the hell. The service I paid for was 1-18 hours and in less than 10 hours my phone was unlocked. I would recommend this service to everyone I know. JM Unlocks you have a customer for life. Thanks.

I was extremely skeptical of this but it worked. My wife and I both moved our iPhones over to tmobile and used jm unlocks to unlock our phones. I used the 1 hour option and it actually took them about two hours but I was overall satisfied.
