Don't Order Online - A Warning to JNCK Customers

I ordered cookies from JNCK Bakery's website on 16th July for my son's birthday. My son, who is diabetic, adores these cookies (we originally found them in Tesco) because they contain barely any sugar.

The cookies themselves are truly brilliant, but their online service is nonexistent.

The cookies were never delivered. I first reached out on 23rd July and received a single response saying they'd get back to me "asap," but they never did. I've since chased them three more times via email and social media with zero response. They simply do not interact with their customers.

It's incredibly frustrating because the product is amazing, but it's completely let down by poor (or no) communication.

I've now had to file a claim with my bank for a refund as I've still had no shipment or a refund from the company themselves. It's a shame because they could be a massive cookie brand, but their business practices are a huge disappointment.

Feels like I've been scammed by this company.
