Wish I had read the reviews. This is not a UK company. They take payment and do not send the product! So annoyed. Should not be allowed to trade!

order was supposed to have been dispatched but it never was, kept being told there has been a delay and kept being given total lies each in reply from them they show a photo of the alleged person who is emailing you is not them totally chinese company pretending to be from europe.
i contacted Paypal and Joa refunded the money straight away DONT BUY FROM THEM

This company needs to cease trading. I have reported them to my credit card company. Everyone should do the same.

This company should be closed down. Disgusting service and appalling attitude 1 month and no bed and refuse to refund me. Avoid like the plague. This company should be fined and forced to stop trading!

No Bed! No notification of postage! And 91% bad reviews. Next time I will read the reviews. Disgraceful! Theft of money! Two emails and no response

Took my money and did not deliver. Emailed them 3 times, called Netherlands, nobody got back to me. No dog bed and no refund

Scam. They took my money, and refused to deliver because I live in a cottage which doesn't have a number. Still no refund issued.

Do not order from this company!
I used their size guide for ordering an item of clothing for my dog. They have pictures of breeds that show the sizing. I ordered a small as my dog is smaller than the dogs shown for the small size but the product o was sent is so tiny it wouldn’t even fit my guineapig!
The return it the expect the buyer to pay £9 postage, that’s almost half the cost of the item.
When I complained I was offered a 5% refund of the item price.
Appalling company and customer service.

This is a scam, call your bank and try to reverse the charge.
They are not a real company, and will never deliver

Would give 0 if I could! Terrible company the bed broke after a month of use all came away at the seams and the stuffing came out and have told me I only have 14 days to get a refund! I don’t think they know consumer rights about faulty items have 6 months to be returned, still ongoing with them and not really responding now! Do not buy from this company might as well go direct from china on eBay if you want a cheap bed with long delivery time and would probably get a better service! No benefit to buying from this company

My experience is much like the others that are complaining about JOA and have been trying to get a refund since December 2022 with at least 4 emails telling me I would be getting it but it takes time so went to my bank and guest what got my refund today 3rd March so if you are going to buy a dog bed PLEASE DONT GO TO JOA

Disgraceful company.

The lied about the shipping timeframe. I tried to cancel the order straight away and they said I wasn't allowed (the day after the purchase).
Furthermore, I suggested to get a label form so I could return the product I tried to cancel and they want me to pay for it - £10 (the dog bed costs £30 so 1/3 cost of the product).

This company is a scam. I'm still liaising with them because I refuse to this unfair treatment and the customer service I'm receiving seems like a robot has taken over as it keeps repeting the same message.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

How I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. It states UK next day delivery in their website. Then I get told its 7 to 14 days and its not from UK. Reading other reviews these goods come from China. This is false advertising. I emailed them within a day of ordering asking to cancel and refund due to false advertising but got the same response others did by them saying order is processing and can't be stopped. Reporting them to PayPal and the standards trading commission.

Dog beds arrived... wrong size as ordered large and medium arrived. Inferior quality with stuffing coming out of one of them before even using it. Certainly not orthopedic as advertised.

The dog bed I received is of poor quality and not orthopaedic as described. After 2 weeks of light use the bed came away at the seams. I contacted the seller who stated I had only 14 days to return the item after delivery. They wanted over £9 to return it. Don’t waste your money, you can buy a better bed in B&M. I have opened a despite via PayPal.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. The company wouldn't let me cancel an order even within the 14 day time frame and made me wait to receive the goods. The goods cam directly from their supplier in China. When I wanted to return the goods for a refund, they told me I had to deal directly with the supplier in China. It would cost more to send the package back than the item cost in the first place. They also put a lot of terms and conditions on whether or not you will get a refund, some of which are impossible to prove so it seems unlikely that any refund will ever be forthcoming. They do not make it clear that the goods are not coming from the UK or China.

The customer service is absolutely shocking! I tried to cancel my order but I was told it was already en route, it didn’t arrive until 2 weeks later. I had already emailed to establish how to return the item, only to receive vague responses. I then asked again how I return the item do I send via Royal Mail, they said no Royal Mail won’t because they didn’t deliver the item originally (how this makes any difference I don’t know!) and that I will need to request them to tell me how to return. I AGAIN asked how, with their reply just asking why I’d like to return it and they will refund 20% of the cost if I decide to keep it. I accepted the 20% refund, only to then be told ‘sorry I’ll have to check if we can offer this refund’ !!!! Couldn’t make it up, and I still haven’t been told how to return it!!! So sick of the back and forth emails with their vague responses it’s been going on for weeks, all for a poor quality item. Save your time and money and stay well away!!!

Have just received item I ordered on 16/01/23, tried to cancel order, they refused stating order was on its way from China. I never ordered item from China! If item was not in stock they should not have taken my order! Dog doughnut bed has arrived, very poor quality, ment to be £90 for £45 joke not worth £10. Regret not reading reviews before placing my order. Buyer beware!

I ordered a dog bed and dual bowls on a stand in December as a present for my dog.
I am STILL waiting for the delivery. I've emailed several times and got a tracking link (items appear to still be in London after coming from abroad!).
They sent a £10 gesture of goodwill due to the delays, but still no product.
Another email has been sent today.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as I wouldn't have touched them with a barge pole!

ordered 2 dog beds nearly a month ago and they have not arrived , emailed them several times and eventually given a tracking which states 1 bed won’t be here till may😡and other should of been here already ! I’ve asked for a refund several times and ignore my request and just say there on the way . The beds were bought as a present for a friend in uk and I am visiting them now with no beds and had to buy 2 new beds from elsewhere ! (I live 🇮🇲)
