Need someone to track down these thief's. I know there are hackers out there looking at this, hack these ppl. Expose there info!!!!! We need it!!!

Never recieved item. Claimed they were out of stock. It seems they should not be able to charge my card when item is not in stock! It' s upsetting to say the least waiting & not getting nothing! Boohoo

On 11/4 I made a purchase for 19.00 thankfully I didn't spend more. As I placed the order a message appeared stating that the item was out of stock and I'd receive my refund in 30 days. I alerted the bank and they agreed that it sounded like a scam and cancelled my debit card so I wouldn't get scammed even further. Here we are 11/18 and my bank is handling things on their end. What a joke.

NO STARS...I only gave a star because this Trustpilot review would not allow comments with out rating with at least one star first. Joanuso is a total scam site. As others have commented, it said in stock until I hit the button for payment and it immediately said it was out of stock and I would get a refund in 10-14 days. Why would they take my payment if out of stock and they were no longer going to supply the product. I called my card people right away and they could do nothing. Total Scam. How can they still be operating and have not been arrested? I have not received a refund. They stole my money plain and simple.

This site is a total rip off. I ordered a microwave they said it was in stock until they got my cc info and then oops out of stock. 15 to 30 days to get my money bk. Bull crap now website dont exist.

Don't buy from them. They will take your money, and be out of stock, telling you it will take 30 days to credit your card. Meanwhile, you are loaning them your money for a month, assuming they actually reverse the charge. It's a SCAM.

Fake site with no credible information of ownership

Same issue as everyone else. "In stock" item is "out of stock" but they'll happily take your money. 15-30 days for a refund is ridiculous to say the least. Do not buy from them!

I tried to order headphones for my son and it said was instock after u put in your cc info it says out of stock. After reading other reviews on here I know it's a BIG scam!! Alert others

i only put 1 star so i could get to this comment box to say that i just ordered something that showed in stock and as soon as the money cleared it showed that the item was out of stock and would take up to 30 days for a refund, that is not legit its crap.i said good bye to my 20$ and im glad i used a prepaid card. it seems like a scam to me, it was too good of a deal, BEWARE OF JOANUSO

Its a rip off, I stupid for not checking it out like I usually do. I have already called my CC company and cxl card . Everything seem ok but it's not. After you order and your cc is charged then it comes out as out of stock refund in 15 days. Just so you know on the credit card company side it's listed as NFC Store not Joanuso.

This is a fraudulent store when i went to check out, my order was void and my money will be ready in 15 days!!!!!!!!! I called to my cc bank and it was canceled, good for hallowing, they really scared me 😔😱

Website indicated item in stock, but after placing order, received automatic reply “out-of-stock and allow 15-30 days for refund”. Even if refund is made, they get free use of your money.
