Team & Individual Sessions

I contracted João first to give a leadership seminar HackmyTeam to my management team and than as my individual coach HackMyself. My experience has been very good in both occasions. He had an very positive impact on my teams performance and helped me do develop and evolve significantly. I reached all my goals that has been set for the sessions. You can feel his open heart and willingness to help in each interaction. He is a great person.
