After paying the consultation fees, and being given a very specific date and time frame for the call; the call is as made on WhatsApp, after working hours. When asked on the call about the delay, I was told due to some personal issues they, miss the timeline. Extremely rude, and unprofessional over call.
I did get the refund for the fees I paid but this is just highly unusual.
