Bought 2 Yarra 10’6 boards last year. These are totally amazing products, well built, stable and come with all accessories and a bag you can carry it I . These are the best buy for a family as they accommodate range of body weight which ensures safety and stability for all of us. My husband is much bigger than me but we can all use the boards. The customer service is absolutely exceptional. One of the boards developed a faulty and the customer service kept in daily communication. Once they had all necessary information they responded within the hour to advise they were replacing my board in line with the warranty agreement.The board arrived 24 hrs later. We are so grateful for the very exceptional service we have received. They couldn’t have been more helpful. My sister has also bought 2 boards- it’s definitely worth the investment! We take them on holiday but also use locally as often as possible and every time we go out for the day- it feels like we’ve had another holiday!!! Definitely recommend this product and company!

Great Products, fast delivery, definitely recommend

We bought a fun tube and it is great. We are very happy, but we too didn´t have a good experience with UPS. It didn´t arrive on time and they don´t call to advise when they are dropping off or at least to say they are at the door, and then we had to call and it took 4 days for them to delivery. It was very disconcerting and annoying. JOBE, your products are great, but please use a better delivery company.

Fast delivery to Croatia, parts came to me in few bussiness days.

Ordered a live vest! Have to change it for a bigger one but from what I saw it fells great and very well built.
Talked to the support that explain to me how to make the swap. They were very fast and helpful

Excellent product quality (neoprene safety life vest for kids), comfortable, my son (3 yrs) love it - comfort has to do a lot with how child accepts accessorry like this and the more comfortable the bigger chance for a child to wear it. Fast delivery, excellent!

Ordered Bag for Towable. Easy process, great communication and arrived quickly. Bag good too..!!!

Product (Jobe 2mm Long John) arrived within a few days. Nice product. Bought a S. I am normally a 10. I am a bit pear shaped but hips were good. Main issues
1. Difficult to find specific sizing guide on either Jobe website or Straight 2 You website.
2. Stitched ankles made difficult to get over foot - I may cut these off, but will see how it goes. I have a similar jacket with raw edges on sleeves that haven't damaged after years of use.
2. Body length short and very little adjustment on shoulders...slightly longer straps on both shoulders would be useful
3. Supplier doesnt refund if sizing issue, but although 'contact us' hyperlink on info page, it does not connect anywhere.
Overall the product was good value and fitted enough to try it out.

Pre ordered a product and had to chase to find out about delivery. Prompt response from customer services but sadly very confusing in response. I was told it had been sent on the 21st June - and the date if my enquiry was May 26th!! Further response insisted it had been dispatched the day after order despite being ordered on the 11th May
The product however I am generally pleased with except the inflation valve which looks like it comes from a child’s toy. Finally arrived at the end of May.

Bought an XL men’s shorty wetsuit based on the size guide on the website. However, had to send for replacement for 2XL as was too small! Jobe also don’t have size larger than XL for women’s shorty wetsuit which my wife required. Advice: go one size up when you buy.
Wetsuit excellent quality though!

I brought the 141 wakeboard and it’s perfect the unit bindings make it good for everyone to use and it’s super good for beginners who want to get up delivery was insanely fast for such a large item and constant updates made it a really good expierance

Bought a Shorty wet suit using their size guide which equated to my normal cloths size large / extra large. The item, when it eventually arrived was barely a medium.( was too tight on my 14 year old son who is a small / medium) company reluctant to do a refund so have to do an exchange 2XL?
Spoke to customer service who said I had to send it back to the Netherlands at my own expense.
Spent 30 mins on chat trying to work out the returns process.
Eventually given a uk address which the accompanying E-mail said was incorrect and provided one in Bromwich with odd post Code?
Nothing on purchase to suggest it was coming from Europe. Just wondering if Jobe Europe is a genuine Jobe company ?? Never again please avoid

Jobe have been amongst the best companies in terms of customer service and quality of products I have dealt with and purchased from over the years. In terms of durability and quality of the products they are excellent and we use our SUP boards frequently with no issues.

Ordered, got super quick tracking number Package came one day earlier than predicted which was announced before. Everything worked perfectly. Looking forward to get the stuff on Water in Summer!!

Took my board out for the first outing this year, for some reason the leash had disintegrated and fallen to pieces. I took a photo,sent it to customer service. Without question I was sent a new leash. Really pleased with the service. Plus we have just purchased a second new board for my wife. She loves it. Nice and lightweight, looks pretty and goes well in the water.
Highest recommendation.
