Mis-Leading and Pathetic
First, they will not tell you that it's a paid service and how much you have to pay until you have spent all your precious time building your resume (it takes hell lot of time to accumulate and pen down all the details carefully). Second, After adding an additional section, writing down all the project details, when I tried to add a new section, my previous one was simply gone!! I checked multiple times, going into my account and it was no where to found.
Just wasted hours of time on this pathetic and mis-leading website.

Excellent resume building app. Only downside to most of these apps is the cost to store or edit your own creation. Too many options out there. Also, if one is searching for jobs who has the money to keep paying monthly payments to access their resume.

This company’s only goal is to rob you of your money. They charge you absolutely insane prices and then if you complain they ban your account and your created resumes and cover letters.
I strongly recommend to think twice before using their website.
PS: Their customer service and support is practically nonexistent. No response to emails and calls.

Unfortunately very misleading, with a hidden cost structure
The reason I would rate this website 1 star is due to it being very misleading in terms of cost. When you enter the website, it has many templates to select from when creating your CV, but it makes no mention of any cost. Even if you go to the websites main page, you will find 6 tabs with drop-downs very neatly, but no costing. So where is the costing you may ask? You would assume since no costing is provided at all, you can create your CV for free. So you proceed, spend hours filling in the template, update all your information (you do the hard work), and right at the end when there is a beautiful "Download" button, you click it... and yes, now they present you all the contracts and pricing. Nowhere else will you find any costing. They trick you into believing there is no cost, right until the end when you want to download your hard work. I then gentle and professionally email them regarding costing upfront, and they replied by saying they need more information to answer the question. I just asked for costing, and where to find it. Very misleading website, and unethical unfortunately. They will most likely reply to this comment to investigate further, but hold on, instead of replying with a comment that you understand my concern, why don't you reply by providing us a reason why no costing is available upfront on your website?
