This "service" is a complete waste of money and time. I loaded my resume, search parameters (Denver area) and got nothing. I slightly adjusted my parameters and the site spammed retailers, restaurants, and carwashes (including one in Ohio??).

The constant applications and interviews I couldn't get on Indeed, job recruiters, and LinkedIn within a week's time, which were either months or nothing from the above-mentioned companies. Thank you for making the job search less stressful and time-consuming.

Doing a lot of the dirty work for you!
I was really drawn to the idea of having the app basically take care of the annoying and time-consuming process of searching and applying for jobs, and I definitely got more applications sent in than when I had been searching on my own, which led to several phone screens and interviews. After what had been a much lengthier search before, I was able to secure and accept an offer within about 4 months of this service. I am a fan and would recommend!

They send a great many resumes
They send a great many resumes, and most seem well targeted, though not all. I have good control over what resume is sent and I probably don't take advantage of all the features they have to offer. All in all, I've been very happy with the service, and will be even happier when I start getting interviews! This is a tough time for software developers, and I'm counting on them to help me contact a great many prospects.

Do not waste your 15 days on AI Job Search tool
I wouldn’t recommend JobHire. I spent around 15 days trusting their service, expecting real results, but it turned out to be a waste of time. Also, relying on AI-driven job trial services like this didn’t add any real value to my job search. I’d suggest not depending on such AI tools for something as important as your career.

First time using an AI job search board
I am loving the fact that this company is finding and applying to jobs for me. The search criteria is pulling jobs outside of the state that I want to work in but I guess as I manually decline those jobs, the website will learn not to apply for those jobs for me, which is pretty cool.
