One Wednesday morning I got a email saying I have a interview Thursday morning the job I applied in June of 2021. I had completely forgotten about this, so me being human I immediately went into panic mode. I didn’t know which job or what they even did in that department. I did my research and got plenty of information about the job, now here comes the hard part the interview.. interviewing is definitely one of my weaknesses. I got out YouTube and came across Mr.Don’s videos. When I tell you this man is amazing at what he does. I was so confident and ready going into that interview I was still nervous but didn’t let it show. I had the interview on a Thursday and got my offer on Tuesday! They told me my interview was by far one of the best interviews they did for that position and I owe it all to Mr. Don Thank You! For all your tips and advice.

I first found Don on YouTube and gained knowledge of how to consider common interview questions and what the interviewer is really trying to learn about the applicant through the question. I heard him talk about the guide that he offers and that one of the options allows for questions directed to him.
Through the combination of his videos, working through the workbook, and some feedback from questions I was confident in my next interview. His guidance helped me articulate my qualifications to interviewers. I got the job I wanted after asking the hard question of whether my interviewer had hesitation in firing me and finally I asked “Can I have the job”. They called me in 4 hours and offered me the job. I got a job. The **big** change that I made compared to previous interviews was the last step when I told them, "I'd like the job. May I start Monday"?
Well, I am going to start Monday. Not Monday of last week which what I wanted but Monday the week after next, which is good enough.

I applied for a position about two months ago and did receive an initial interview. I wasn’t however, invited got a second. The same position was posted again, and I again applied and was invited to an initial interview. Prior to this interview I watched several of Don’s YouTube videos and incorporated some of his tips fitting the interview, specifically sneering the questions from the interviewers perspective. So far I have been invited to a second interview which is scheduled for about two weeks from now! Don’s tools do work! Thank you for the free top 10 guide, it tally helped me prepare.

Anyhow, I was able to use it, anticipate the questions, then adapt the answers slightly, and hey presto I was offered the job. A couple of times I could actually see the answers have a positive visible impact on the people interviewing me. Quite remarkable.
