Have used this garage for 10 years can't fault it at all excellent service and trustworthy

I was provided with a written quote for a warranty repair which was (£20 cheaper than Kia main dealer (parking sensor replacement) The warranty company agreed to use Joblings .I managed to source a new sensor already painted but when I attended was told that I would now be charged diagnostics despite already having a diagnostics report conducted at the warranty companies request . When I asked if the work could be done at the price on the quote I was told that diagnostic machines cost a lot to maintain and that the original quote didn’t include it . I was then told that he would give me a ring because his head was in bits . Having taken the morning off work to take the car to the garage I decided not to use them and take my car elsewhere . Why quote a price and not include the diagnostics in the quote .

Took my Vauxhall insignia for its MOT and bronze service 6-12-2024 after a recommendation. I knew it needed a few things done and was a bit worried about the cost so near Xmas. They went out of their way to keep the cost down without scrimping on the parts. Very honest. Car is working as new and running beautifully. Highly recommended for a good job and honest prices.
