It's a total scam. I'm glad I paid via PayPal. I will ask them to cancel my payment. Not only is the website not working (tests do not load), but when you fill out the form to reach customer service, this is the answer you get: Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text for the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's.
It can't get worse, can it?

I subscribed for the All-Inclusive SHL preparation. The tests were as advertised. They cover all sections, both the interactive and non-interactive versions, with multiple tests under each, and a wide variety of questions (from easy to very difficult) with detailed explanations. The product met, if not exceeded, my expectations.

Very good prep pack with many tips and tricks to make you succeed on the CCAT.

Absolute SCAM of a website. Not only after purchasing a week-long access was I NOT ABLE to access the tests, but after haggling with customer services and eventually gaining access, there was an "error" with providing scores..... for every test.... Broken website, SCAM, avoid like the plague.

I purchased the PI cognitive assessment and behavioral assessment package from jobtestprep.co.uk. I felt that practicing with the material really helped me get a better score at the real test. I ended up scoring 26/50, which both I and the recruiter was happy with.

Do not buy anything from these guys. I purchased Saville Executive Aptitude Test - advertised £59 for one week - however this test was not amongst the number of tests that were eventually made available in my account. Instead i was offered to "add on" more tests - and specifically the test i needed for another £19. Even after paying this the test is STILL NOT ON MY ACCOUNT.

Updated - after contacting customer services they sorted it and added the product to my account - hence i moved rating up from one star to two stars - i cant do more as i shouldnt have contacted them to get what i paid for and it took another round of email to confirm the refund for the extra amount (£19) that i had paid.

Well, while I didn't pass the SHL at the first time, may be another one but i never gave up, so I insist to carry on and with the Job Test i felt more confident so still i believe that I can make it happen that's why i asked to buy the programme once more because it's really a very good tool to understand the entire assessments.

I purchased this test prep for my STP SJT test and I found it to be very helpful. The explanation was very clear and relevant, I would recommend it to anyone siting the SJT test.

the questions and answer options seem to have been written by someone who doesn't use English as their first language so it's quite confusing and most of it doesn't make sense. I feel like I am not interpreting their answer options in the way they want so it's hard to rank them.

I personally wouldn't recommend this pack especially given how expensive it is and how badly worded it is.

I have purchased a STP Preppack and despite paying and having a confirmation receipt of my purchase, the package didn’t arrive in my account. After contacting them to ask for help and this issue was then resolved promptly.

Excellent material preparing for Personality test. I was able to read very good test guides beforehand tailored to the role I am going for, along with then really good prep tests. Very complete, as the guides give you a great understanding of where one needs to be depending on the role type. The prep tests then examine your answers and then at the end tells you where you need to soften or harden. One can simply do the prep tests again re-evaluating the answers until such time you get that right balance. So in summary they allow you to determine where you are and give you the help to get you where you need to be.

JobTestPrep appears to be completely fake. Horrible service.

I just purchased Watson-Glaser Test for one week, for 39 UK pounds.
When I logged in, I was offered a completely different package (that I don't need) and I was asked to add Watson Glaser Test for 19 pounds. However, even that was not possible (I could not add it to the package).

I reached customer service through a whatsup number (it was the only contact offered). They initially responded but then went completely silent.

Horrible, scary experience. Never again.

Good prep material. Very good customer support. Would use JobPrepTest again.

Extremely bad! I paid for a test to use for a week, and it did not show, so it was waste of money. The service support did not help at all, and I could not get my money back.

Used JobTestPrep to prepare for the Klarna Kattis test and whilst my assessment on the day was not exact-identical to the material, the material significantly helped me prepare.
I got 15/18 or 83% which as per the recruiter is a pass [>80%]. It is an expensive service but objectively it is hard not to fault the website.

I used JobTestPrep to prepare for the "People Test Logic" test, which I had to take as part of a job application.

The most generous thing I can say about the prep material is that it was 'directionally right', i.e. it contained the same general types of questions as the actual test. However, the level of difficulty and the specific types of questions were a poor match.

For example, the pattern recognition questions were much more difficult in the prep material than in the actual test. This caused me to waste a lot of time practicing and worrying unnecessarily about these types of questions, which was not helpful.

I suspect that JobTestPrep do not have access to the actual test materials. They probably find out the general types of questions from people who have taken the test, and then they clobber something together that vaguely resembles the actual test. This is definitely not worth the amount of money they charge.

Good and very useful collection of exercises to train for the tests. Elaborated solutions give you feedback to improve.
Had a slight problem during the weekend to access the package, but technical support was responsive and I could continue with preparation.

I did the Deutsche Bank SJT prep course. The course was amazing. Almost all of the questions and situations in the test were covered. Highly recommend.
