I had an email from the driver in the morning of the collection as a reminder. the whole experience was great as the collection went ok.
I would appreciate an ETA with the first message as I got a call about one hour before collection.

Concerning giving an accurate timeframe, it can sometimes become a difficult task depending on the post codes assigned to a Driver and other external factors. But we always encourage our Drivers to give estimates so that customers can plan their day.

I have been using Jobyco for years and so far I have had a great experience. The driver who pick up last month was polite and I was kept informed of the progress until my items were in Ghana. The boxes were intact. I’m grateful for the years of excellent service.

Great customer service.
This review is well overdue but not forgotten. My telephone encounter was with Peace the customer service rep. Interacting with her was exceptional. She was calm, polite, humble and very patient in dealing with all my queries. Peace is a treasure to behold in your company. The driver Francois was really good at calling and updating me with his pick up plans so as to ensure I am not left in the dark. Keep it up.
My humble suggestion is to use two people for picking up the heavy boxes. Francois picked my boxes all by himself. It's against health and safety regulations to do that.
Jobyco you excel at serving your customers- Great Job and thank you all for the excellent services.
