Item advertised as being in stock ,its…

Item advertised as being in stock ,its not ,slow to answer e mails ,never rang back ,waited the 5 days as delivery says,turns out they are not in stock and they are waiting for delivery .we needed this for a jukebox going to a customer today so not good ,asked for money back and going to buy elsewhere...

A company that doesn't want to do business with you!

Purchased an optical cable with next day delivery through Amazon UK. Price was great and I needed it quickly for a job.
The cable never turned up and my emails and phone calls to Joe Audio were never returned.
After 3 days I cancelled the order and placed it with a company that actually wanted my business.
I've never come across a company that has such poor customer service. This was my first time using Joe Audio and I won't be using them again. Don't be fooled by their low prices - if they don't supply what you purchase they are just wasting your time.
