I ordered boots from Joeboots.com on August 3rd. After no confirmation, I reached out and received an order number on August 8th—but still no tracking info. I called on August 9th and followed up again, but received no response.
I’ve filed a PayPal dispute and am warning others to be cautious. A legitimate business should provide timely updates and transparent communication. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
