Good after ssles customer service
Engraved pendant had a slight sctratch on it, yoo late to get a replacement as was for my grandaughters 28th b'day so had to buy from a shop. Having said that a refund was issued within 3 days so can't fault the customer service and these things happen so overall a good service.v

Fantastic service
Placed an order for several personalised engraved items lunch time, recieved a message same day to say they had been despatched and recieved them next day delivered by amazon. Thats what you call great service.

First class customer service
Second to none customer service from this company. Quick to respond.
Purchased a bangle from them last year, unfortunately it split, contacted John Greed to see if it could be repaired. They responded quickly, requesting I send it back for a replacement, they even supplied a postage label.
Within a day I had an email to say my bangle was no longer in stock and I could either choose an alternative to the value of my bangle or have a refund. I found one I liked but was a little more expensive than my original - at this point I noticed an error on their web page so I emailed them to inform them. They thanked me for the info which was corrected and informed me I could have the new bangle with no extra charge!
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company or to purchase from them again.
