I am writing to express my deep frustration with your delivery service via UPS. I placed an order for a white tuxedo shirt over a week in advance, expecting it to arrive on time. However, the delivery has been delayed by more than three days.
I have a wedding tomorrow and, due to this unacceptable delay, I will not have the appropriate attire for the event. This situation has severely impacted my trust in your company. I sincerely hope you address this issue moving forward, as it is causing serious damage to your brand reputation.

Awful company. Item arrived damaged, and they think it fair to ask a disabled and currently socially isolated person who does not own a printer to travel around the county looking to borrow one in order to print their shipping label.
Zero flexibility delivered through "have a great day!" messaging. I should have read the reviews of this company before purchasing.

I ordered described-as-silk suspenders and they were $90 Canadian. Then I had to pay $28.47 in import duties from UPS. When I opened the package the suspenders were cheap woven elastic. Very shady.

Faulty item received and "customer service" then made a mistake in how they planned to handle the refund. They then refused to accept my faulty item instead advising me to donate it to a charity shop with me £70 out of pocket.
Avoid this company if you want to be able to get your money back

Customer service response was that this was outside their policy despite admitting that shrinking the shirt was hard to avoid. Why sell clothing that is so delicate it can only be used once?! £65 down the drain and no offer of a refund, voucher or replacement

I ordered a men’s leather and gold Dresden bracelet from John Henric. There is no mention on the website that you are actually ordering from Sweden. Which is not a problem in itself as delivery was very smooth. BUT, it is nigh on impossible to return an item. The bracelet is no way the 20cms advertised. It is more like 18.5/19cms which is too small for my wrist. To return it I am compelled to use UPS and print out a total of 4 pages of A4 (returns label and invoices). Then I am required to arrange for UPS to collect it from me (not an easy process as the UPS website does not allow you to simply enter the tracking number of the returns label) or make a journey to drop the package into a UPS collection point. And I am charged for the privilege of retuning an item which is misrepresented! Frankly it’s not worth the hassle and the bracelet is already up on eBay to sell on. I will definitely not be purchasing from John Henric again.

Fit of Soho chino has been completely changed (writing May 2024). I've got two pairs with a perfect slim fit purchased in 2022. I bought another pair and they now have a relaxed fit in the thigh and leg. The ankle opening is now nearly 2cm larger and this carries up the entire leg to the crotch. There is no warning of this on the website and the size table with measurements hasn't been updated to reflect the change.
Not only a complete waste of my time but also very disappointing that I have to hunt again for a decent slimmer fitting chino! Most high street chinos have large waists and skinny legs or a tiny seat and excessively skinny legs.

After one delicate machine wash sever blue straints appeared on the surface of my woolen sleeve.
The support manager responded within one day saying that this case is outside their policy for an approved complaint as they cannot refer to a production fault as the stains appeared after the garment was machine washed.
Be aware. These crappy clothes are only meant to be worn once, so throw them in the trash as soon as they are worn out.

I had a very disappointing experience with John Henric and want to warn other customers.
I bought a pair of pants that did not fit me well. When I returned them, I found out that in addition to the return shipping cost of €7, John Henric also charged me an additional fee of €6. This means I had to pay €13 just to return an ill-fitting product.
I find it absolutely unacceptable that customers have to bear such high costs for a return. This practice is outrageous and completely unfriendly to customers.
I will definitely never shop at John Henric again and advise everyone else to avoid this store as well. There are many other stores that offer better customer service and do not charge such fees.

I purchased one of their cotton-silk t-shirts (a $70 t-shirt, mind you) and after four wears and flat dries, a sizable hole developed in the fabric. I contacted them to let them know what happened; they said there was no way it could be a fabrication issue, couldn’t provide an exchange/refund, and instead offered me a 20% off coupon (which you can easily get by opting into their e-mail newsletter).
My favorite part? “While our initial offer of a 20% discount was meant to express our goodwill, we understand that it may not fully address your expectations.” Hilarious customer retention strategy on her part, honestly.
No staple item should ever have quality issues this early in its life cycle. They made it seem like it was somehow my fault, and cared more about shutting me up than actually keeping a customer who loves their brand otherwise. I wish I would’ve seen these reviews earlier, especially from those who also had holes develop in the clothes.

I have ordered 3 pair of Chinos and one blazer. Good quality for the money, modern look, actual measure, fit great, no need to return anything. Quick delivery and good contact with support, I will definitely come back unless something go totally wrong after first wash/cleaning.

Shopped there a while ago. I still recieve all their damn junk mail, both texts and email. Had to resort to reporting them as spam because their unsubscribe doesn't do anything. On texts I guess I be getting that for the rest of my damn life.

I do not recommend. 1 week without information about the status of the package (tracking code showing the same status - package not taken by ups). After that I contacted support. They told me to wait and contact them after 5 days if product won't be delivered (pushing responsibility to the client). At least I had initialized a refund.
