I love my new Johnny Loves Rosie Bag. It's beautiful! I was looking for a non leather bag and this brand is awesome! I get compliments all the time. A great Bag for a great price! The delivery was also very fast. I live in Florida and it only took a few days. Love the Bag and the company!

My friend had a lovely bag from here so decided to copy her Not received my order yet but I love the look of it so far

ordered a black cross body and really wanted a key ring bow, couldn't see one on the site

I contacted them and a lovely lady called Kelly replied straight away saying that they would find me one and match it to my bag

The worst product I have ever purchased online. The medium tote bag is not as advertised. Very small bag and the leather is like paper towel. Wasn’t worth the price. Won’t be recommending it. (:.

Ordered from JLR but was just underwhelmed when my bag arrived.
I didn't think the quality was good enough for the price paid.
The lining was poor in my opinion.
The product was well packed but was just OK, it didn't make me feel like I was really pleased or would look forward to using it.

They make it seem like a high quality bag online and in the videos. Please do not order, very cheap and flimsy material for the tote bag. Buy one from primark, it’s better quality and a lot cheaper

Just had a wonderful experience with Kelly in the customer service team. The item I wanted was out of stock and Kelly took it upon herself to email my when one arrived back as a return before releasing it again onto the website. Such a lovely considerate thing to do and I'm very very happy. Quick responses and very accommodating. Thank you Kelly!

I bought my second bag and i love this one too! They are so stylish and love the accesories and the option to put your initials on it!

I love the style of the bag alot the only thing is because its is a light colour on one side the stitching isn't straight abit wonky and on one of the straps the stitching has come away. Noticed that after a couple of day of receiving my bag.i couldn't be hassled to return the bag.

I ordered a bag before my honeymoon (last minute) and realised I needed it soon as possible. I got In touch with Kelly at JLR who helped arrange other means of delivery options so I can get it sorted and was quick to answer my emails the same day and sort delivery the next day!

My first Johnny Loves Rosie bag and I am really impressed. It was ordered on Pre-Order but arrived with 7 days of release date, it came with 2 additional straps which I hadn't realise was included but adds the extra versatility to the bag. Leather is soft and the personalisation is perfect. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I ordered the Taylor medium bag in December and it does not hold it's shape. They make it look so nice in pictures but it's honestly so average and for the price, it's very overpriced. Not great quality overall. Very disappointed

I’ve bought quite a few bags and their accessories from here and they’re all beautiful.
The quality of the bags are top class. The accessories are a brilliant idea as you can totally change the look of a bag just by changing the accessories.
I’m already looking at my next purchase.

Don’t order from this company - they don’t supply the goods themselves and it’s done via a 3rd party - very unhelpful to me - I’d avoid at all costs

I’ve seen a lot of Advertisements on Instagram, and decided to spend my hard earned money on:
Medium Taylor Tote Bag
Leather Purse bag Strap
Purse
Totalling £159

Firstly the Tote Bag:
• Outsized is creased and dimpled extremely cheap looking no structure to it.
• The photo online showed personalisation to the front of the bag, however, it came with a personalised Keyring instead.
• It doesn’t feel or look like it will last two minutes
• The photos make it look like it is a really strong structured bag, it isn’t!!!
• The handles don’t stay permanently up like the pictures

Inside the tote bag
• Arrived literally 10 minutes ago and it’s already marked.
• Cheap lining that I would expect in primark, no luxury feel, looks like it will rip as soon as I feel it.
• No base board at the bottom of the bag, would not trust my laptop or iPad in it, no protection if you drop the bag or place it on the floor.
• cheap Central compartment, with no structure, unlike the online picture.
• The bag strap circle doesn’t look like it’s going to last it’s not heavy duty and I’m doubting if it will hold my laptop and papers.

The photos online are very deceptive.

The purse:

• Paid £24 in the sale, much better quality than the bag, looks and feels more durable.Nothing special though or luxury really about it. Definitely not worth the retail price of £49?

The strap I ordered isn’t particularly amazing, just a cheap strap and clasp, that I don’t particularly trust to carry all my work belongings.

It was nicely presented, in a lovely presentation box and paper, but I’m so disappointed!!!!

The personalisation is a free add on, so you can’t return the bag when you know how rubbish it is. Honestly, don’t waste your money with this company!!!
