Ordered from the states, items arrived quicker than regular mail over here!! Everything was in perfect condition and turned out better than I could have hoped for. Five stars all day long. A really great experience all round, very easy website to navigate, beautiful and accurate images of the leather goods. Very prompt and efficient delivery in well considered packaging and a great product too. My new cartridge holder has turned heads in the field this week.

My wife ordered a cartridges bag, as a Christmas present for me. When I opened the gift on Christmas day, I noticed that the stitching was really poor on the bases and that the leather was torn. My wife has emailed and telephoned numerous times and yet we have heard nothing back. We are now seeking to escalate. Very poor customer service and poor product. The cartridge bag is very obviously a second.

Great service from John Shooter. Enquired about an item showing as out of stock online. After checking in the warehouse, they found two of the items and uploaded these online so that I could place an order. The order arrived amazingly quickly, particularly as I had purchased engraving as an extra. Very pleased with the product, as was the recipient.

I ordered a leather gun slip from the selection offered by John Shooter and had it sent to the US, where I live. The slip is simply excellent. Great leather (and smell!) beautifully constructed and it will age very nicely with wear and tear. The price was extremely competitive. I paid a little over half what my alternative choice would have cost.

I have ordered other goods from John Shooter so as expected the quality of product both materials and workmanship is excellent.
On this occasion the goods I ordered are for a birthday present for my son. There was a delay expected due to material supply so John let me know and substituted the articles I had ordered with others of equal alternative standard and selection appeal. JS also made up the time I needed by arranging delivery by overnight couriers.
