Simple low value commercial lease took well over 14 months to complete.
Do not use this company. I paid them in full to arrange a simple straight forward commercial lease for my former workshop. They promised this will be completed in 12 weeks yet after over 14 months I was still struggling to get this documentation completed. They DON'T respond to phone messages and e-mails sent in. BOTH of the listed company directors have failed to respond to formal complaint e-mails sent direct to their e-mail addresses many weeks ago.
As a direct result of their refusal to progress this documentation I was left with a building that was uninsurable for nearly a year now.

Joanne took great care to deal with my situation and did so with grace and dignity. I felt reassured throughout the divorce process and reliably informed.

I would not recommend for will disputes at all. They have provided little advice and guidance, but are happy to rack up and request costs. The whole case has been driven by the other sides solicitors who seem infinitely more capable. I have a law degree and did the bar and I'm appalled.
