COMMUNAL FUSEBOARD UNDER STAIRS

i do not recommend using this agent to anyone at all .
they don't take responsibility for block issues, even when my situation happened they were having an electric survey for a system that was approx 50 years old so " by virtue of them doing upgrades and me calling them when blow out happened "they were fully aware of what they were responsible for ,yet passed the buck on me i had to then go out of way to call two private electricians one told me they will lose their licence if they touched it and the other said it's agents issue to deal with ..
was out for pocket by £581.40p due to agents negligence just for a new fuse ... .. as i have tenants and was panicking even hammersmith and fulham private sector housing told me that it's outside the perimeter of my flat under communal staircase that block management should resolve ..
eventually after contacting uk power network .. and they wrote " creating fire hazard and safety issues building management need to look into this " the agents did something .. without hesitation must i add Oh btw 3 electricians and 1 person from uk pwer network all confirmed that there was no issues in my flat whatso ever.

frankly they don't actually care about residents only their bottom line and not an ounce of integrity . they make there money by stealing the money of the innocent hardworking little people.

eventually only after 5 days did they source the fuse .. who would have thought that this large agent with according to their website has 20 years experience ,does not have spares or prepared .. regardless of age of fuse system .. what if the block went up in flames just like grenfell as my wires were placed temporarily into another flats fuse .. it was mid jan 2024 after all no heating or hot water .

chased them time and time again requesting reimbursement of funds due to their negligence and denial .now they changing the narrative claiming my fusebox in my flat was faulty yet they have copy of eirc done the year before .ask yourself if it was my issue why would i be chasing them wasting mytime
shame i cant share pictures of situation/ fuseboard on this site
