Best Carpet Company Ever!
I purchased new carpet during a fantastic Carpet One sale and had it installed in August. I was really disappointed with the results--all my fault because of the color I chose--not theirs. They offer what's called a "Beauty Guarantee", which basically states if you are unhappy with the carpet for any reason, they will come back, tear up the existing carpet, and replace it with another carpet of equal value. Who does that?? I ended up purchasing a slightly more exensive rug and had to pay the price difference, that's all. They re-ordered and installed the new carpet and it is gorgeous! My salesman, Jerry, went out of his way to be helpful and accomodating, as did the other staff and installers. No complaints here! I highly recommend this company if you need to replace your carpets!
