There was a good choice of vehicles and, although I didn't intend to buy on the day, I was offered a fair part-exchange for my vehicle, so I went for it. I was also dealt with by a very friendly and professional member of staff, Giulia, who helped me make a quick decision.

I ordered my Ioniq 5N back in January and Johnsons Fleet Services have been fantastic. From Order to Delivery updates were prompt and the team were always available to help with queried. The Aftercare has also been a standout. Would definitely recommend and would definitely be a factor when considering my next vehicle as good service goes a long way.

The experience at Johnsons Hyundai Coventry was great because the sales person "Mitchell" was extremely helpful and found the colour and model of car we wanted at another branch and organised its collection to the Coventry site. Mitchell kept us in the loop at all times and couldn't have been more friendly and professional throughout the purchase. The reason I won't be having my car serviced there is because of the bad reviews. I will however have it serviced at another Hyundia dealership.

Two very good experiences.

I recently brought my car in to have the air conditioning checked and not only did they check and re-gas but also performed a health check. All at a very reasonable cost. The staff are polite and welcoming. I have no problem recommending Johnsons to others.
