We were working out just how long we have been with the Johnsons vets , 30 odd years is close enough.
We love and trust them completely with the health of are family members ( fur babies). We have seen many of their vets over the years with a number of our pets and in every instance nothing is to much trouble. From the reception staff to keren and Costin , I feel they put you at ease.

A heartfelt thanks to Costin, the vet, and the reception team for their incredible support. A few months earlier, my dog needed some lumps checked, and he usually finds vet visits challenging and isn't fond of being handled by unfamiliar people. I mentioned this over the phone, and reception was exceptionally accommodating, suggesting a chill protocol (medication) to help ease my dog's anxiety.As a pet owner, it's nerve-wracking when your dog struggles with vet appointments, but Costin was outstanding, tailoring the experience to ensure my dog felt comfortable and at ease throughout the examination. He provided clear explanations and patiently addressed all my inquiries. The visit was smooth and stress-free, allowing for an uncomplicated examination.A huge shoutout to the reception staff as well; they were incredibly kind and supportive! Johnston Vets boasts an extraordinary team, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Took my 2 Bengal kittens in today for a health check. Keren was so knowledgeable of the breed, handled them with the upmost care and gave us good advice and reassurance . The receptionist was pleasant , cheery and very helpful. We are so pleased we picked this practice.

The head vet Keren is terrific, she's kind, considerate and does not rush you. All questions are answered so you can understand what she means. Palliative care is great with her.

Excellent staff, compassionate, caring and professional. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my furry family.

I want to say a massive thankyou to Costin the vet and the reception team. A few months back my dog had some lumps that needed checking, he struggles with vet visits and doesn't like being examined by strangers. I explained this on the phone and reception were very helpful and recommended the chill protocol (medication) to help my dog feel more relaxed.

As a pet owner it can be very worrying having a dog that struggles with vet visits, but Costin was absolutely brilliant and made adjustments to make sure my dog was comfortable and not stressed during the examination. He explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. We had a stress-free vet visit and my dog was able to be examined with no problems

I have been here since the very first day this practice was opened. I have taken every single animal I have ever owned here. I can say hand on heart that I have never had a bad experience with them. They have always been extremely helpful, supportive, so respectful. So lovely and easy to get in contact with in a emergency. When you lose your beautiful animal they are dignified and respectful. They understand that it's a member of your family that has just died not just a animal. They really do care. They have and are a amazing team and should be very proud and comfortable in the work they do. I would never take my animal's anywhere else. I wish to thank them. There work is from my part very much appreciated.

I would never come here again. Johnston's administered drugs without consent and did not discuss charges. Incorrect and unnecessary treatment provided twice. My dog had a grass seed in his paw and it became swollen and hot - we brought him here and told us they would take him to another room shave his paw and inspect. When they came back, they had not shaved his paw but instead administered steroids without consent. This did not work so we brought him back the next day and he was given anti-histamines which also did not work. No prices were discussed and we ended up having to take him to another vets which immediately shaved and inspected his paw and were able to give antibiotics and flush out the seed. I have formally complained to the surgery and CVS but they insist that the vet did everything correctly. This cost us hundred of pounds and 3 days my dog was in pain unnecessarily.
