Highly recommend Custard from a busy mam
I joined Custard so I could make a little extra money in my spare time. The website is easy to use, you see how much each survey is and tells you what it entales. You don't get bombarded with e mails every day to do this, do that. I will continue with Custard as its a great experience.

The app is legit and okay to use
The app is legit and okay to use, downfall is that there's never any new things to do to carry on getting money after you withdraw your first £10-£11. No new games to try or things to sign up for. Also the spin wheel where you have a chance to win, you will never win it. Seems to be like the other games.

Games track well, customer support answers queries quickly and pay out is easy. The choice of games is a bit limited, but on the plus side the games options change regularly. Overall, it is great!

Good app and does pay out. Only thing I will say is it can take some time to get to enough to withdraw! But it’s good.

Overall my experience has been poor
Overall my experience has been poor. I've successfully tracked and withdrawn £22, but nothing is now tracking and theres no point trying to get much sense via customer services. The option to open a complaint doesn't work properly. Generally not worth the hassle.

Custard refuse to pay on some games!
Some of there games don’t track. I just spent an almost 40 hours on a game and noticed that it didn’t track so I put in a ticket and custard have refused to pay me. They owe me £8.60 on that game.
I wasn’t doing that game for fun. I needed the money. What a way to kick someone when they are down!

After four months of complaining they have now paid me the money so I have changed my one star review
