Chris was fantastic - super friendly, concerned, and supportive. He really made me feel like he was on this journey with me. We had a really nice talk, but again he didn’t keep me on the phone too long or try to sell me extra things. I had a very good experience.

I am super happy with my experience. Customer service is great and I feel like they listen to my concerns. I live in a super hot state and my meds have never arrived incorrectly packaged for then temperature.

Everyone I have had contact with, has been amazing! Very kind, knowledgeable, and seriously care about my health and my healthcare goals. Because of my weight loss I have dropped over 50lbs and my doctors are very proud! I have decreased my blood pressure medication, I had a stress test 2 weeks ago and my numbers were excellent. No concerns at all with any cardiac issues. Get this....NO CPAP NEEDED! Isn't that amazing! I give much credit to Elevate Health for my success.
The last individual I spoke with is Chris and he was exceptionally agreeable in my journey.

This is my third company buying triceputide. I must say that I am very questionable about this company’s product. I’m up to 50 units just starting with elevate help and I’m gonna say that this does not make me not hungry. It’s like I never took the shot. I’m right back eating how I was eating before. I was with two other companies and both of their products was red this one is clear. I’m not sure what’s going on but I might as well not take it and I just wasted $1000.

I love the product but unfortunately when I purchased my first order I hadn’t realised that I had signed for a subscription and received a second order.
This has been sorted and I can recommend this company for its customer service as well as its product.

Mr.JC went as far to ask me, what can his company do to minimize complaints similar to mines.
