I have been microdosing GLP-1 from Ageless Rx. I saw Embody had microdose GLP-1on Facebook at 1/3 the price. I filled out an online form and gave my credit card info. It was my understanding that a medical professional would contact me and go over my medical history. I was never contacted by anyone at all. The only acknowledgement I received from Embody was a charge on my credit card by Open Loop Health (Embody was in the description) that was higher than stated in the ad. After receiving the medication, I had a legitimate safety concern because there is a significant increase in my prescribed semaglutide dose compared with my previous prescription… almost 3 times the amount. Also, there is another medication mixed in that was not in my previous prescription. I emailed the company using the email address on their website. No response. Three days later, I called requesting clarification. A woman in a call center in the Philippines said a medical professional would call me in 24 hours. I didn’t get a call.
Three days later, I called again and got a nice man in a call center in India and again was promised a callback within 24 hours. Instead, I received a text that said someone would call me 6 days later on July 23rd.
I called again and again asked to cancel my subscription and get a refund. He put on hold. I waited on hold for 20 minutes, hung up and called back.
On my last call, the man in the call center in India said in broken English that he would cancel my subscription, but that the order was already shipped and they will not refund the order.
I am disputed the charge with my credit card company and they suggested cancelling my card and get a new one because the company name, cost, and medication are all incorrect which is a good indication of scammers.

Received my order on time, very impressed with the packaging.

I just started on my GLP1 journey with Trizepitide on 07/12. I picked this company because of their promise of pricing staying the same even when you go up in doses and how affordable the medication was. I was extremely nervous this week but so far week one has been great for me. No uncomfortable side effects, clothes already feeling a bit bigger, no hunger or food noise. And the company customer service has been great to me. I look forward to staying with them and then helping me reach my goals.

Did exactly what they said they would. Medication came quickly.

I never received any response from Embody. They processed my payment and never processed my order. After waiting in new open status I called and cancelled my account. I have no idea how well the product works as my account never went past the created stage. All I do know is that their resins communication is horrible.

So far my experience has been very solid with Embody. I shopped around a number of providers and found not only was embody the lowest price around, but they were the most straight-forward no-nonsense company in the business. I had previously done a six month tranche with a different company and found that even they didn't want to extend their best pricing to an existing customer. When I told Embody what level I was already at, they easily agreed to continue my treatment from where I lefr off. Delivery was just a couple of days after approval. So overall, I think what a customer is really looking for in a provider.
