Started out a little disappointing…

Started out a little disappointing because my order was messed up and it took several phone calls (emails never received a response) to get it straightened out. Haven’t received my first order yet so we will see.

It’s just horrible

I was already on tirzepatide, so I sent them my current prescription when I signed up, the said they would have a doctor review, I called them before the prescription was final to ensure they would send me my correct dosage. They then ignored my prescription, and sent me the smallest dose, which only would get me through a week with what I have been taking for the past year. I then called them and said they couldn't give me my current dose because they don’t have it. Which they could have told me the first time I called and not after it was delivered. They then said they couldn’t give me a refund because it was already delivered but had I known that they couldn’t give me my dosage I would have cancelled BEFORE delivery.

Horrible start

Horrible start, was told we would get a call first before being charged and processing the medication. Received email for script, I contacted the right away. Cannot talk to physian nor a supervisor person on the phone disregarded my concerns. Emailed received same disregard. Asked to cancel was told no. Sight says can cancel any time. Beware of this company.

I am so thankful for embody

I am so thankful for embody. They are wonderful. I had a few hiccups in the beginning and they took care of it right away. Truly amazing and very knowledgeable there patient. I am so happy. I found them and made the right decision! I am totally staying with their program. The staff is wonderful. My physician is amazing!

I am NOT a happy customer

I am NOT a happy customer. I made the purchase to start semiglutide. Waiting to have a "visit" with a provider that has been scheduled nearly 3 weeks from the date of purchase. This is the FIRST available appt btw. It will be time to make the monthly payment again... that seems wrong to me. How convenient is this really??? I could have seen my primary in only a few days, but I already spent the money with Embody, so here I am... waiting for my appt. Not happy AT ALL. 😒

I ordered and paid 14 days ago and have received nothing. My last update (which I only received after reaching out to ask multiple times) was on the 11th telling me all was approved and would be shipping.

I was ordered three peptides and only received two.

I ordered trizepitide and NAD and Glutathione and was charged for all three and only received the Trizepitide and the NAD . I emailed and asked about the Glutathione and received a message saying they were probably just sending it separately but they would let me know and then nothing. I emailed again asking and didn’t receive a response.
