Medication ingredients
It’s really concerning that I have asked about a medication that I’d been taking and no one for days, almost a week now, can provide me with the ingredients of my prescribed medication. Terrible customer service and forget about getting answers if you experience an allergic reaction.
Positive Experience
I have had a great experience since I started in December, any issue I have had with ordering had been resolved quickly and has been communicated to me. I have never felt better and I have zero side effects and have hit my goal and have maintained it. My GI Dr was so happy to hear how good I have felt on the GLP-1 and gave his blessing .

Truly feel like I was lied to by the internet. Seen no type of results or feel any different. I’ve taken other types of glp 1 that did work for me. Feel ripped off and I regret doing the 3 month plan because I cannot get a refund for the last months dose. Now I gotta force myself to take my last months dose just so it doesn’t feel like such a complete waste of money. My advice is to look for another company.

I joined Fridays and was very disappointed. Without a consultation or email I was prescribed a tirzepatide microdose. I took the meds for a month, but gained weight. I emailed my disappointing results but was sent the same dose for the second month. When I emailed my dissatisfaction again, I was told I could pay twice as much for a different dose. When I let them know it was cheaper to go with a different company they said I could cancel my account. I cancelled my account but they refused to refund me my 3rd month of meds. They said I could get the meds (that were absurdly prescribed) but no monetary refund. Rip off! Read the fine print!

Great customer service and prices are lower than other companies. Consultations are professional and helpful. 6 mos into GPL-1 and my blood pressure has dropped to normal range. Weight loss has been a healthy, gradual 15 pounds.

BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!! These guys are crooks!! You are charged the initial up front fee even when you didn't even get any medication or consultations and were "denied" for their program. I have been waiting over a month for a refund of $359 when I was denied for their program!!

BEWARE!!! Works with pharmacies documented as sending bad product.
BEWARE!!!! Fridays has horrible customer service. You will be bounced around from AI Bot to AI bot with no actual help. Also Beware that if you live in certain states you will get medication from a pharmacy called Beaker Pharmacy. They will send you medication that simply does not work. Either they don't store it properly or compound correctly but its like injecting yourself with water. There are numerous reviews about this on the pharmacies website and when Fridays was told about this and asked to send medication from a different pharmacy they said there was nothing they could so about it and is un willing to give a refund. I highly recommend you go to another source for your GLP1's.

Bait and switch on dosage + refund traps
Be careful with JoinFridays. They cap Tirzepatide dosages below the available maximum and do NOT disclose this until after you’ve paid. If you pre-pay and try to leave because the service isn't what was promised, they use a "penalty rate" math to deny you a fair pro-rated refund. Save your money and go with a provider that is transparent about their medical caps.

Fridays health is a quite unprofessional organization that is unclear and subsequently unfair with its practice of rapidly taking your money for a product they claim you don’t need blood tests, etc, but they then change their tune and force appointments weeks out and you are left having given them your money while they delay moving you along to get the product you purchased.
Many other providers out there who don’t take 48+ hours to multiple requests for customer service. Don’t be fooled or you will just be issuing stop payments like many of us who were misled and then treated poorly.
Buyers beware. Move on.

Worst GLP1 provider
Worst GLP1 provider. Sign up for long term contract with Zero transparency on dosage. WARNING - the GLP1 is 85% efficacy of brand names and they do not disclose this anywhere until AFTER you're locked in. Was given the run around by 10 different "people" aka chat bots. Including 4 different providers. I've emailed with support but NO ONE will call me or let me call them. Only with "providers" who can only advise on the "approved" doseage levels they can authorize. Truely a bait and switch with ZERO accountability from Fridays or customer service support. I've spent days and hours trying to talk to customer support!!!! Finally had to tell AMEX to cancel.

Huge headache. Just go somewhere else.
It's currently May 09. I ordered on April 06. I still haven't even gotten past the first stage. Also, I was deceived into purchasing.
1st Issue: I called in to their customer service line. A man from another country assured me that there is 100% a refund policy, and if I wanted to cancel my order, I could simply request my money back.
I asked for a refund after being sent in circles for 2 weeks by their customer support. I was told by their agents that the company does not have a refund policy, after I had already sent them the money.
Issue 2: NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. All of the CS agents tell you different things. You call someone on the phone, and they tell you one thing. Then the message support agents tell you another thing. I was told to go to Quest to get my labs done. They didn't even get me a requisition until 3 weeks after I ordered, and they sent me a requisition with someone else's medical documents (HIPAA violation btw). Then Quest sent me home and told me to use an at-home kit that Fridays sent me. That kit did not work. Super painful experience that just sliced up my finger, and expects you to just pour blood out onto this tab. Long story short, the paper you're supposed to bleed on requires WAY MORE blood than you could draw with the kit.
Issue 3: I then went to get my labs done at a local clinic, paid $60 out of pocket, and then they said more labs were missing, even after accepting my labs initially. Now it's over a month later, and still NOTHING. They rescheduled my meeting and still haven't sent me a link to get into the new meeting. Availability to meet with their providers is super low. You have to book days out just to have a 10-minute telehealth call.
I just want my money back at this point. I'm tired of being lied to by people on the phone who barely speak English, and sent in circles by random support agents.

I would never recommend this service to anyone. It is exhausting to deal with customer support. This is the worst onboarding experience I have ever had with any telehealth provider. Absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason that it's 31+ days later, and we still haven't gotten anything done.
I've probably spent 6+ hours just going back and forth with these people. I've had my fingers sliced open and been needled up 3 times in the last month for this—still NOTHING.
SEND ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!

Beware
My last request for GLP 1 was in March due to have allergic reactions and they still charged my card $596 April 29th to renew a membership. I never agreed to this. I filed for a refund which they say they never give. I assumed no request or product equals no charge. Not so to them. Watch yourselves with this company and your money.

In the beginning I would’ve said Fridays was fine. The medical professionals I chatted with were helpful and gave good advice. Unfortunately I had to immediately stop the medication because there was an accidental finding of the medication elevating my liver enzymes. This wasn’t caught by Fridays I just so happened to have a doctors appointment where they did bloodwork and it came up. I felt fine overall. Unfortunately I was told I was no longer eligible for the program which is fine of course my health comes first but then I wasn’t offered much in terms of a refund by multiple people in customer service which was unfortunate because I had only completed a month and had paid for 3 months. The small amount that was refunded to me wasn’t sufficient. I feel like they should have felt lucky I caught this when I did because I would’ve kept going and never know something was off. Unfortunately this put a bad taste in my mouth around the company and its concerns and safety of the patients and when things are caught by the patient not the company that the company should do everything to make it right.
