Such a scam

Such a scam. I made an account and paid $34.

Received a confirmation email that my negotiation request was sent to my bank in October.

Never heard anything again. So I tried to log into my account and it said my account was locked.
Reached out to customer service and provided information they asked for. Then they stated they couldn’t find my account.

What a waste of time and money! Don’t recommend.

they will harvest you

Not only are Harvest's claims obviously too good to be true -- their supposed service could hardly be worse or more exploitative. If you want -- in exchange for full access to your bank accounts and significant upfront and after-the-fact fees -- blatantly incorrect, nonsensical, tonally inappropriate, and hardly readable messages to be sent to your bank, on your behalf, fraudulently purporting to have been written by you, then Harvest is the service for you. They tout their use of supposedly sophisticated AI -- well, you know what they say about AI -- garbage in, garbage out. The numerous messages they send -- and keep sending to your bank -- will sound entirely AI-generated (and not in a positive way). This product was not engineered by people who are working on your behalf. Expect to make matters much worse with your bank. Also, expect no ability to contact Harvest's 'customer service' team or end Harvest's oh-so-helpful 'service'. Unfortunately I paid for this product in hopes that it would help during a significant medical and financial crisis -- I'm not sure what I expected. Fish in a barrel, etc. You are the mark and they will harvest you.

An addendum: it appears that their customer service is run by their 'sophisticated' AI too -- if you reach out expect to get exclusively nonsensical and/or form messages in response that literally don't address your questions or complaints (like the responses are on entirely different topics).

I was very skeptical about this at first, but so glad I gave it a chance!! I put in my information and in less than a week they got a huge chunk of my overdraft fees reimbursed to me from the year! This is awesome and I will continue to use Harvest :)

The best kept secret!

Wow!! Thank you for all your help! What amazing what a company like this can do for someone like me! They keep in touch and let you know they're still working on your case which is nice to know. This really is such an underrated program. Their fee is just absolutely worth when you see what kind of funds come back to your account! Thanks Harvest!!!

Super easy

Super easy! I signed up, provided some info and Harvest got me back over $250 (and their fee was actually quite reasonable). I will be recommending this company to friends!

If I could leave less than one star I…

If I could leave less than one star I would. Let me just lay out the many issues I have with this company.
1. They advertise that you can choose between paying $35 for their express services OR pay 25% off the fees they refund. However their website just keeps looping you back so you’re forced to pay the $35 and doesn’t even show the 25% option.
2. They state in their terms that they don’t want to cause overdrafts (obviously) so they won’t take the $35 until you have a sufficient balance. This is a lie. They overdrafted my account, costing me a $37 overdraft as well as multiple $30 sustained overdraft fees.
3. Despite connecting my back successfully SEVERAL times, the website always shows immediately after that the connection to my bank had failed.
4. Additionally, I signed up over 2 months ago and despite multiple messages back and forth with “Luis” assuring me that they’re “working on it”, and giving me a bunch of lies such as: “it takes 15 days after you apply”, “actually it takes 30 days”, “keep waiting, we’re having trouble hearing back from your bank”, blah blah blah.
5. And finally, I called my bank to all of they had heard of Harvest and they said they don’t even work with third party fee refunding companies like that.

WORST. SCAM. EVER. That preys on people when they’re desperate.

Seriously, don’t know what I would have done.

I can’t overstate how helpful Jason was in negotiating my overdraft fees. I was in a really precarious position, and scared about food/rent. He did a phenomenal job of helping the bank to understand my situation and provide me with a solution, one in which I got $150 back in fees. Cannot recommend enough, especially if your bank is difficult to deal with!

Fee reimbursement = Amazing!

I worked with Jason to talk to Wells Fargo to ask for 6 months of fees back and man it was a pretty painless experience. He spoke on my behalf and was able to get them all back! 100 percent would recommend their service. Super friendly and quick! 😀

Worthless service

Worthless service. Does not work for Bank of America or American Express. Waste of money and time and I wonder if my info has been compromised because Bank of America sent me a letter to change all of my account passwords etc after dealing with this company. I messaged the company letting them know I received denial letters from Bank of America. The letters from Bank of America said they do not negotiate with third parties. I told Harvest I never would have paid a fee for a service if it would destined to be a bust.

Jason handled my call like a BOSS!!!!

Jason helped me out with additional fees on my Wells Fargo account that had not been refunded. He called right on time and called WF on a 3 way call. Jason owned the call like a BOSS and I was able to get those fees back. Thank you, because of that I have a little extra cash for the weekend.

All bank fees reversed

I had the best customer service experience thanks to Jason! I truly was skeptical that I would receive a refund in bank fees but I was able to have my bank reverse ALL bank fees that were charged to my account in the last 6 months.
