Excellent Hearing aids and customer service…
Due to my severe hearing loss these Hearing aids were not for me, tho they were superior to the NHS Hearing aids I have. I had more clarity of speech but just not enough volume. Customer service is second to none. I got a full refund no questions asked. I've already said to Natalie, if they can adjust the volume up a little I would try them again.

Great product and excellent service
Having had 3 sets of hearing aids (2 private and 1 NHS both in the ear and behind the ear) over the last 15 years and not really getting on with any of them I purchased these hearing aids after comparing them with all the expensive alternatives, I was very impressed with the quality and sound straight away but more importantly I find them much more comfortable than any of the others. The app allows me to adjust the volume, surrounding type (ie restaurant) low, mid and high frequencies plus other features.
The customer service is excellent, answering questions and helping with a small Bluetooth issue that I had,
I can't fault the hearing aids or the company.

Great Customer Service
Due to my severe hearing loss these hearing aids proved to be unsuitable for me, however they are an excellent well designed product, backed up by great customer service.
Natalie arranged for their return and a full refund in a very efficient manner.

My grandad didn’t want hearing aids
Ordered these for my very stubborn, very hard of hearing of grandad a few days before Christmas. It arrived prompt just in time for the family gathering and after refusing to get a hearing aid, he’s been wearing these every day! It’s made a massive difference to him and everybody around him. Should have bought these ages ago.

This hearing aid compares with very expensive ones in the market for 1/6th the price but is 3 times better in quality, ease of use and technical specifications
