I’ve had a fantastic experience with LAYLA! I use their service for Monjaro, and from the start, everything has been smooth and efficient. My doctor’s appointments with them have been great—I always feel listened to, which is so important. The ordering process is incredibly quick; as soon as I place an order, it arrives at my home within just a couple of days. The convenience factor is a huge plus!
I’m hopeful that prices will go down a bit in the future, but overall, I’ve been really happy with my experience. My cousin lost over 100 pounds with their help, which inspired me to sign up. Horrible customer support
I spent a lot of money with this company and had good results. However, the last vile I purchased didn’t have any results and I talked to them about it. They said they would make it right so I was satisfied with that. Started the email process with them and that was it. I can’t even get them return a message now or anything. They just ghosted me. It’s funny to me how when I sent the money and purchased their product. They were right on it. Had it to my house in no time, but when the tables are turned, and they said they would make it right I never heard from them again I would take this review in consideration when purchasing something from this company.

Unreliable
They just can't get there product out 2 months in row issues. This last month was the worst. I ordered over 2 weeks ago and it got"lost" in the mail. They put in for a replacement and 4 days after the label was created they are still sitting on it. I'm now 2 weeks overdue for my shot. That I'm to take once a week. I have no confidence that this company cares I've asked for a refund let's see how that goes. Doing some research this company is more expensive than others anyway!
