My experience was amazing

My experience was amazing, due to my level of doctor care and knowledge. Her feedback on my concerns and medication to alleviate my discomfort levels. I retrieved my prescriptions on time and my authorization was handled quickly.

horrible experience PSTD

I was so excited for my Midi Health visit, but it ended up being a $250 mistake. The practitioner literally cut me off while I was describing my symptoms, telling me she only wanted to hear the "top two." Menopause doesn't work that way—it affects your whole body. It felt no different than a standard, dismissive doctor's office visit. Between the lack of empathy and the fact that they don't perform labs, I feel completely taken advantage of.

My visit went very well

My visit went very well. I felt heard, I felt I could share and speak freely my concerns.I felt understood. I felt included in the decisions of my healthcare instead of being told what was going to be done. I appreciate my providers patience with me. I appreciate Midi healthcare!!!!! Thank you!!

Midi Health in my opinion is paving the…

Midi Health in my opinion is paving the way for many women to get actual help with menopause! It is convenient, caring , safe & works with many insurance companies.
I am a very happy MIDI Health user and I have never felt better since I started using one of their doctors.

I had a very productive appointment

I had a very productive appointment. The medication has made a noticeable difference—it feels like it’s bringing me back to life. I was previously in a fog, struggling just to get out of bed, but now everything feels clearer and brighter. I wake up feeling rested, and I recognize this version of myself from years ago. Life feels beautiful again.

Great care by MIDI Health

My experience with MIDI Health Care Services was excellent. The practitioners are very knowledgeable, professional, and truly take the time to address me as an individual. I always feel heard and supported. Is truly a partnership between the patient and the provider for the best care strategy. What MIDI does particularly well is providing personalized, patient‑centered care that builds trust and confidence.

You cannot get in touch with them

You cannot get in touch with them. If you experience any technical difficulties or have questions, no one answers you and it is impossible to get a person on the phone. I’ve had trouble setting up my account and I can’t get in touch with anyone and no one gets back to me. I met with a doctor and it was a pleasant experience but I have questions since the visit and I cannot get anyone to respond back to me or help me with my issues. Waste of my time. Don’t waste yours

Since connecting with Midi Health and Dr. Ferguson my faith has been restored in Woman’s Health. 2 years ago or perhaps before that I was experiencing perimenopause symptoms but was repeatedly told no, and even misdiagnosed me with a chronic illness that when told that information was not in a great mental head space . Midi health is amazing ! I would love to be an advocate for Midi. Thank You

Excellent medical visit!

I loved being able to zoom with the practitioner. She was excellent - very knowledgeable. She listened to me and addressed all my concerns and gave me options. I am very pleased with the plan we came up with it. It was one of the best medical visits I have ever had

Don’t wait

I have spent the last 20 years and a lot of money trying to figure out why I had joint pain, brain, fog, trouble, sleeping, hot flashes, etc. Finally, there are providers out there that will help us. I am 57 and finally getting the treatment that I need. Thanks to MIDI health.

New Journey with Midi

I had a good experience. I saw an ad online, did some research and booked the appointment. The physician was thorough, very understanding and I felt like my treatment plan had me in mind- not labs results! My prescriptions were ready within minutes after the virtual visit. I’m looking forward to my menopause journey with Midi.

My provider was extremely helpful

My provider was extremely helpful, compassionate, and patient. I was able to get what I needed and have all of my questions answered. For the first time ever,

Make the call…. Just do it!

I have put off asking my doctor about HRT only because I’m told everything is normal and if it’s not completely broke, don’t try to fix it. I kept seeing ads for mid health and finally late one night, I pressed the button to schedule an appointment. I had an appointment within two days. My doctor was extremely knowledgeable and so nice. She made me feel extremely comfortable. I’m only on my third day of HRT and I can honestly say I feel like a completely new human already. I can’t believe I’ve waited this long to make the call.

If you don't know where to start in Menopause - start with Midi

My menopause journey is probably similar to others - my body was changing, I couldn't fix it, and no one seemed to listen. After 2 unsuccessful Gynecology visits and being sent home w/ a sticky note to do my OWN research on HRT - I decided to try Midi. It was like the heavens opened - I was asked a bunch of questions, sent for labs, talked to someone for an hour! Someone finally listened to me! I was able to get the support I needed to feeling like myself again. I know HRT isn't for everyone, but having someone listen to you is priceless.
