I enjoyed my visit with the doctor
I enjoyed my visit with the doctor. She was very attentive concerned and she prescribed me some stuff that’s gonna get me feeling a lot better cause right now I feel like I’m a 100 years old. I’m not that old. I’m in my 50s but get me on the right regimen I’m sure I’ll be feeling like I’m 25 again soon
Midi is great
Midi is great! My nurse practitioner is very attentative and tries to assist me with all my concerns.
I actually felt heard
I actually felt heard. I truly believe that all my symptoms were addressed not just the priority symptoms I reached out for.
Peace
The clinician listened to all my concerns and did not rush me. She gave me feedback and options and let me know what I was experiencing was not uncommon. I felt very much at peace and excited about our plan.
Kira Connelly-Nelson is the best…
Kira Connelly-Nelson is the best OB/Gyne provider I have ever met! She actually listens to me, cares, and offers practical guidance and support. HRT with Midi has helped me feel like myself again, less like a moody perimenopause monster. I recommend Midi to all the women I know!
Rebecca is wonderful!
Rebecca is wonderful. She takes a thoughtful and cautious approach while still being very effective. She truly listens, takes the time to educate and inform me, and always provides multiple options so I can make the best decision for my care. I feel very supported working with her and always look forward to our appointments. I’m very pleased with the care she provides.
Great Experience from Start to Finish
Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. My practitioner was thorough, easy to talk to, asked relevant questions, and made great suggestions. I felt heard. She also followed through with lab orders and prescriptions in a timely manner. The technology worked well and I was able to have a productive visit without having to fight traffic or wait in a waiting room.
Wasted $250 on a consult
Wasted $250 on a consult. No advice was given. They told me I would havr to pay again for recommendations.

I had previously been on HRT locally…
I had previously been on HRT locally where I was paying a membership. Some things happened with me financially and I couldn’t afford it anymore. MIDI kept popping up on my timeline, so I decided to give them a try. I just knew I was going to have to go probably more months until I got meds again but to my surprise!!! MIDI got me back squared away next day with meds. They listened and they helped!
Hopeful but disappointed
I was really excited about contacting Midi and finally getting the care and attention my peri menopause symptoms and journey needs but I was extremely disappointed by the entire experience.
My experience with the practitioner can only be described as cold and lacking any real human touch. Even though I stayed the entire session (hoping things may change) I felt uncomfortable and not seen/heard. I actually felt like the practitioner was just trying to tick all the boxes and move me a long so she could see the next patient. She did not seem to want to be on the call and I don't think she smiled once. It also transpires (having finally found someone to treat me else where) that she did not give me the correct advice and treatment plan after all.
Safe to say I did not follow the advice that the Midi practitioner gave nor did I collect the drugs she prescribed.
When I gave my feed back (on numerous occasions as was asked) the customer service just kept apologizing for my experience but continued to demand that I pay the $200 for what they see as a consultation that I had. No regard for the fact that I had a terrible experience and actually was not given the correct advice.
I was also under the impression that the consult would be covered by insurance - BEWARE IT IS NOT!
All in all - i was hopeful but very disappointed.

It's been life-changing for me!
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Midi Health. I have been seeing my nurse practitioner for about a year now, and the care I’ve received has truly been life-changing.
Before my first appointment, I had been essentially dismissed by my primary care physician when I tried to talk about the mid-life changes I was experiencing. I was having severe hot flashes and night sweats every 30 minutes to an hour. It had gotten so bad that, despite being a very outgoing person, I didn’t even want to leave my house. I went to work and church, but only with multiple fans nearby just to get through it.
During my first appointment, my NP immediately listened with empathy and took my symptoms seriously. Instead of suggesting a minimal approach that might or might not help, she recommended starting with a treatment plan designed to actually address what I was experiencing right now.
Within just a few days, the change was incredible. The sweating all but stopped. I was finally able to sleep normally again — no more running a fan on one side of the room and a heater on the other just to stay comfortable.
What has impressed me just as much is how supportive she has been throughout the process. She has always made herself available when I had questions, even the ones I worried might sound silly. She created an environment where I felt safe asking anything.
When I later wanted help managing my weight, she again took the time to walk through several options with me and never pushed me into a plan. Instead, she helped me find something that felt right for me.
The level of care, empathy, and responsiveness I’ve experienced with Midi Health has been exceptional. I’m honestly sorry I waited this long to write this review, because the care I’ve received has made such a meaningful difference in my quality of life.
I got an online appointment quickly
I got an online appointment quickly. My care provider was very personable and went over all my concerns and explained everything to me. As a woman with menopausal issues I felt heard and I feel hopeful for my care plan!
My practitioner is excellent
My practitioner is excellent in every aspect of care. Appointments are easy to make, messages can be quickly send and are responded to. The technology for tele-appointment is simple and straight forward.

This exceeded my expectations. I am usually very streamlined I don't care for a lot of extra stuff this was simple easy and to the point.
Jillian was so kind
Jillian was so kind, she listened and heard me. She didn't judge and explained things so well. So grateful for this.
Telehealth Appointment
Dr. Newton is always pleasant and listens to my concerns. She’s prompt to respond to inquires in the patient portal.
Linking through the website was…super easy.
Linking through the website was extremely easy for a 1st timer like myself. The person who listened to my concerns was very professional and easy going. She made me feel very comfortable discussing my private issues.
Provider is Great. Midi communication/admin stuff, not so much!
I have been with Midi for almost a year now. Had a couple kinks to work out after my first couple visits, but the provider I was connected with has been fantastic, and everything was very smooth. And as long as there are no questions or issues, it's great. As soon as you have a question, there's no way to get anyone to call you to resolve it, even when messaging back and forth is clearly going nowhere. For my last visit, Midi sprung a new provider on me with no notice (even though my normal provider is still available), so now I have issues with the visit having been coded wrong and ending up with a higher copay, and my messages about it get no response. I've also got issues with a Prior Authorization request I needed sent. Have spent several hours on the phone with my insurance trying to figure out what's going on.
In summary, my actual doctor is great. No issues. And the convenience of telehealth is great, since I have a bad hip and am awaiting surgery right now. But the Midi admin part . . . not great. If you have any issues, be prepared to be super frustrated!
Family and friends that I know suggested them
I really enjoyed my visit with my clinician CHARITY K. I will give her 10 stars. I connected it well with her. It wasn’t any uneasy moment during our 30 minute visit. And we talked about anything concerning menopause, my family history. Also, how since I’ve had a hysterectomy in 2023 I’ve been in surgical menopause since then. I didn’t know that and now I have all the symptoms, but I’m confident that MIDI will help me get back on the right track and find myself again. I also had a couple of nurses in my job that recommended MIDI because they are using HRT also for menopause. I’m so glad they suggested it to me in conversations we were having at work.
My virtual visit with Dr Jenna Pugh
My virtual visit with Dr. Jenna Pugh through MIDI Health was excellent. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and took the time to address all of my menopause-related questions and concerns. She also adjusted an existing medication I was taking from a pill to a patch, which I really appreciated that she clearly explained the reasoning behind the recommended change.
I never felt rushed, and she was very understanding and thorough in explaining options and what to expect going forward through menopause. The virtual visit was also so convenient and easy.
I honestly wish all doctor appointments could be like this! Highly recommend both Dr. Pugh and MIDI Health for anyone looking for thoughtful, knowledgeable menopause care.
