The process to get the medication…

The process to get the medication approved went super easy and fast. However, It took two weeks to fill the prescription and get it shipped to me. UPS delayed my package arrival by 2 days and I worried about the safety of the medication. I sent MULTIPLE messages to join piper support, I emailed them, and messaged them on Facebook. I heard nothing back from anyone. Finally, when I message bombed them in their chat and email, and on Facebook, I finally received a message asking me to stop sending so many messages. Still nothing about what to do with the medication showing up late. So what if I would have had to return the medication because of UPS being late? I doubt anyone would have answered me and I would have been out over 600.00 dollars. They really do not care about you, they just want your money.

They sent only 2 shots for the month. I have tried reaching out to someone everyday now for 4 days with no reply. I am giving them 1 more day they reporting to the BBB. Customer service sucks and starting to think they are a scam

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Paid for a six month plan. Have been waiting for over a week now with no response from anyone. No medication has even been shipped yet. I am now late on my dosing, and have no idea if they will refund me since nothing shipped or if they will try to ship meds now that I have cancelled.

I got my first medication 3 months ago…

I got my first medication 3 months ago and it was an amazing experience and I've had good success. Now that I need to refill the script it's sitting in their pharmacy and for 7 days no one will contact me from customer service despite multiple contacts to the doctor, customer service and by email. It feels like they want to give super great attention to brand new patients and then not so much attention to people who are current patients. It's a shame.

UPDATE: Their company was crushed over the holidays and they are back on schedule and they have made everything right and treated me more than fair. I'm grateful for their assistance because this medication has worked fantastic for me. I will definitely continue to do business with them and wish them great success while experiencing growing pains.

I believe this is a total SCAM.....

I signed up on the 27th of December and I'm writing this review on the 7th of January. Absolutely nothing has been sent to yet. I've contacted them by email and they have not responded. I think this is a total scam and I advise everyone not to sigh up with this criminal company.

GREAT COMPANY

I wanted to wait before writing anything because I’ve jumped the gun in the past with other companies and ended up disappointed later. This time has been different. From the very beginning the signup process was easy and didn’t feel overwhelming or pushy which I appreciated because I’ve dealt with programs that try to upsell you every step of the way. The intake was straightforward and the provider actually seemed to read what I wrote instead of just approving it blindly.

Shipping has been consistently fast which matters more than people realize until they’ve had delays elsewhere. Every package arrived cold and properly packed and nothing ever felt rushed or sloppy. I also like that communication stayed clear the whole time. I always knew when something shipped and when to expect it and I never felt like I was guessing what was going on.

As for the medication itself it’s been the biggest difference maker for me. The first couple weeks were slow and I honestly wondered if it was going to work but around week four something clicked and my appetite started calming down in a way that felt natural instead of forced. I’m now down a noticeable amount of weight !

Overall this has been one of the few weight loss experiences that didn’t feel stressful or complicated. The pricing stayed consistent the whole time with no surprise charges and the process never changed once I got started. I’m really happy I stuck with it and I plan on continuing because this is the first time in a long time that things feel sustainable instead of exhausting.

DISPUTE YOUR CREDIT CARD ASAP — Do not waste your time.

JoinPiper relies almost entirely on chatbots for communication. You might get a response initially, but don’t expect ongoing support. Message after message, that first reply is likely your last.

Do not get excited when you receive a UPS tracking number. As many others have reported, the tracking often shows no movement for weeks, leaving you in limbo with no real updates or accountability.

Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

For comparison, I previously used Remedy Meds. While their communication between doctors and patients was mediocre, it was still better than this experience. I switched to Piper solely because of the lower cost — never again.

I’m now exploring Mochi Health in hopes of finding a better balance between reasonable pricing and actual human communication.

Watch your back and your pocketbook!

My first order came quickly and seamlessly so I was hooked. I even referred my husband and mom to Piper for their meds. Then, refill time came and I was completely ghosted. I paid $1100 for a 6 month supply of meds and was given bogus tracking information (as was my husband) and their “next day shipping” has turned into 10 days with no answered chats, emails, Facebook messages-nothing. I am out of meds and have non to take this week after getting off to a really good start. They hook you with a really great first experience, then leave you hanging when you need a refill. Buyer beware!!

Impossible to contact live customer support.

I signed up and was immediately charged $499. It's been two weeks with absolutely no communication and no medicine received. Impossible to connect with a real person. UPS tracking shows no product received for shipping. Still trying to figure out how to get product or refund. Do not use this service.

This company processed my order on…

This company processed my order on 12/30/25. To date UPS has not even received the package for shipping. Only a "label" has been created. Joinpiper is a SCAM
There is no phone number only AI chat capability which only generate generic responses. I HAVE REQUESTED A FULL REFUND and of course NO RESPONSE.

Scam company

They took my money six days ago, and I never received my prescription. They just kept giving me my tracking number and said it’ll be sent soon and once I asked to speak with a supervisor they stopped all communication. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever witnessed and what kind of health company does not have a phone number.

Paid in Full, Medication Never Delivered, No Human Support - UPDATE - took several days, but received Rx.

I signed up with JoinPiper, completed all required steps, and was notified that my medication had shipped. The following day, I saw via UPS tracking that the package was being held for an unknown reason.

It has now been since 12/23 over 13 days, and I still have not received my medication.

The most concerning part is the complete lack of human customer support. The only way to contact the company is through an AI assistant, which cannot resolve the issue, provide meaningful updates, or connect me with a real person. There is no phone number and no effective escalation path.

I have paid a significant amount of money and currently have neither the product nor a refund, and no way to speak to someone who can actually help.

For a company dealing with medical services and prescriptions, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Until JoinPiper provides real human support and resolves fulfillment issues responsibly, I cannot recommend their service.

Update: Delivery occurred on 1/9 after my persistence. I have updated to 4-stars.

The Best!

UPS misplaced my package but piper handled it right away and made it a priority to get a replacement sent out. Everything was handled quickly and from ordering to delivery it took about four days total. I understand that mistakes happen and they did a great job resolving it efficiently.

Signed up a week ago

Signed up a week ago, was approved and my order was sent to the pharmacy. It’s now a week later and I still have not heard back from Customer Service regarding my order. I’m giving them one more day. If I don’t hear anything back from them by tomorrow, I’m disputing the charge of my credit card and I’m closing up shop with Piper. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. 1st time customer here that prepaid 3 months and it's been a nightmare. I reached out and told them within days of my 1st dose this medication was not working. Ive taken it before from another company and the results were drastically different. So they tell me they will be increasing my dose and shipping out my replacement. Fast forward to almost 2 weeks later and it's been impossible to get customer service. The doctor chat just keeps brushing me off saying I will hear from someone and that time never comes. Their customer service chat!email is 100 percent AI based with no human option. What an absolute scam and at this point I have no choice but to contact my bank and the BBB. Smh I had high hopes too.

Beware

I received my first shipment no problem and very quickly. This shipment, was charged to my card on 12/23, it shipped on 12/27. I messaged customer service on 12/31 when my delivery date disappeared on the ups site, I messaged again on 1/1 and again today 1/2. I have received no response. I have emailed, I have messaged the dr and no response. Now ups site shows no information available and the last scan was on 12/30. At this point I just want a refund of my product I have never received and will go with a different company but I can’t get a response from support or customer service. Please beware, I thought they were a decent company. Now, I am out $600 and no medication.

I’ve had a horrible experience

I’ve had a horrible experience! My medication never came after ordering for the first time. After many attempts to write emails to the company nobody has gotten ahold of me. Finally, I opened a claim with UPS and it’s very obvious that UPS doesn’t think the package was ever actually sent or it was lost. The company says you can cancel anytime, but there is no option for that anywhere on the portal. You have to do it in writing, but nobody responds to anything. You only get AI generated responses claiming that someone will get back to you which never happens. There’s no active phone number either. The only saving grace for me was that I was Klarna for my purchase so I’ll file a claim with them to stop the company from getting the remainder of the money since I never received the package. This company is a scam or at the very least TERRIBLE at managing customer service!
