I joined TMPL Fitness Midtown East…

I joined TMPL Fitness Midtown East expecting a more sophisticated environment, given the high membership cost. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that. I encountered a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere among some of the regular members.

One incident that stood out was when I politely asked a fellow gym-goer named Natalie how many sets she had left, as she was sitting on the equipment while on her phone. To my shock, she responded aggressively, making derogatory remarks about my appearance and body, which I found extremely hurtful and inappropriate. This behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Other members who witnessed the incident approached me afterward and mentioned that this was not the first time Natalie had acted in a harassing and hostile manner toward others. They said they had complained to management about her in the past, yet it seemed nothing had been done.

Encouraged by their support, I reported the incident to the manager, Jane. However, her response felt dismissive, as she merely stated she would “speak to her.” Despite my concerns, it appeared that no real action was taken to address the issue.

The following day, after I asked to cancel my membership, Jane once again encouraged me to reconsider, promising to address the problem. However, after speaking to Natalie, the situation only escalated. She returned with a trainer she appeared to be close with and continued to act hostile toward me. At that point, I returned to Jane’s office, canceled my membership on the spot, and left feeling deeply disappointed.

I expected a more respectful and professional environment at TMPL Midtown East, especially considering the premium membership cost. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that.

I loved this at first

I loved this at first, but the fact they have been sold out for months and have not replied to any emails or DM’s is ridiculous

They could easily post on their Instagram and give us an update, it seems like they've gone bust

The new formula kind of disappointed me

I was looking forward to receiving my toner, as I loved the previous one I used. I was a little wary as I saw the packaging was rebranded but hey, these things happen. When I came I realised they’d changed the formula! Why? Though the new stuff is good the old version was amazing - with a touch of orange oil that I’m sure makes a diff to the smell and feel. I’m disappointed I can’t lie, it’s relatively costly and not what I bought and loved before.

Where has TMPL gone?

Where has TMPL gone?

A great product servicing a market without many specific alternatives yet the company looks like it has disappeared. 2 of the 3 products it has to offer have been sold out for a long time. Messaged on Instagram with there being no response. Emailed and no response. If the company is out of business and no longer trading they should make it clear so customers know to stop wasting time waiting for products to come back to the market or for responses to communication.

From excellent to non-existent

I've had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. I was supposed to receive a new delivery in February, no joy. I have emailed on multiple occasions but no responses.
I'm not sure whether these chaps are still in business as they have no stock, which is frankly ridiculous considering their offering is limited to 3 products.
I will be cancelling my subscription.

Sold Out & Zero Commination

Been using TMPL products since "Aug 25, 2023". However since Nov 2023. the "Hydrating Face Moisturiser" has been sold out. My subscription date keeps getting pushed back with no commination. I emailed hello@jointemple for support and got no reply.

I would suggest to those who are on subscription plan to cannel. As I changed my subscription date, got charge for it, they canceled the order and not refunded my money.

Been emailing them since March 3rd 2023. Three emails have been sent and no reply.

Its disappointing to see a company to put in all this work and establish a good product. For them to let it get to this point.

Great Product!!

I’ve been using Tmpl for 2 weeks and my skin feels great! Such a great product!! I’ve been having issues with my Skin for years due to stress and bad weather which causes flairs and rashes but since using the cleanser, toner and moisturiser my skin in clear for the first time in a long time! I would only say using the moisturiser on my skin stings a little but I just top it up with Cocobutter so I would recommend making the cream more thick and oily so the moisture lasts longer. Especially with me being mixed raced/Caribbean. But I will be buying again for sure 🙌🏽

Skin care for the mandem

I can see why Temple is in such high demand. I’ve been getting compliments ever since I’ve started using it. It’s also great that they always get in contact if there are any delays
