Got a new patio done and had many issues. Gary was brilliant with advice and gave freely of his time when I had questions (and plenty of them). Our original sealant was a disaster and Gary advised how to strip it in the hopes that it would remove staining. He then helped us figure out why our Joint It hadn't set properly and explained what we needed to do to get it right. We re-sealed the patio using the premium sealer and Gary was always on hand for advice as we were power washing and painting our house at the same time!!!! Unbelievable customer service

I e mailed with an enquiry about a new patio which had been grouted using Joint It Simple. Sharon got back to me within an hour and directed my issue to a regional representative (Phil) who called me within 2 hrs. Though I am not sure the issue can easily be resolved I got the advise I needed quickly. If only every company could be as good as this with after sales service !!

Great product, Service and Technical Support. Used on 115m2 of Liscannor Flagstone Paving. Sealed Paving first with the Premium Seal and Jointed it the following day with Joint It Simple Light Grey. Outstanding results, Highly recommended

Fantastic product! Quick and easy to use and looks fantastic. Excellent value for money. Customer service was next level, quick replies and personalised service.

Had my driveway, side entrance and back garden power washed and jointed with an inferior product . Got it power washed out and I applied joint it to my driveway last week.
It was hard work but joint it simple does what it says on the tub so it was worthwhile . Gary was very helpful and gave me great advise before and after I applied the product. I will do the side entrance tomorrow and then the back garden .
I will use Joint it’s sealer in three weeks time. I highly recommend joint it products and their customer service is excellent

Patio simplicity
I rang joint-it with an enquiry and got to talk with Gary who was very helpful and got the advice I needed. I've used joint-it simple on numerous patio's now from sandstone to limestone to porcelain and I find it a fantastic product. It really speeds up the finish of a patio compared to traditional methods, I always finish at the end by compressing the joints with a pointing tool for a better look before the final light brush off, it's not totally necessary just habit. I'll also be recommending joint-it premium seal to my clients in future for Indian sandstone in particular, kind regards,

I recently contacted Joint-It Ltd as my patio was pointed many years ago with their Joint-It Simple product and I was seeking advice on some additional work as their product has performed very well. The help and support I received from their technical director was second to none. This is a genuine company who are really committed to after sales support and are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Redesigning my garden and laid over 60 Square metres of porcelain patio slabs and was dreading the job of pointing it all so I was searching for ideas to make it easier and came across Joint it.

I thought no way can it be that easy with no mess but thought what have I got to lose, and ordered 3 x 20kg tubs.

Almost 12 months ago I used some of it and it could not have been any easier. Throw it down, keep it wet and just brush it in, piece of cake. Finished off with the remainder over last few weeks and I am more than happy with the result

Over the winter my garden suffers from moss, Joint it was not affected at all

I have 2 dogs so use my pressure washer fairly often. The pressure washing has also not affected it

I needed to contact this company (Jointit) a couple of years ago and then again more recently. Both times I found Gary, one of the owners, so helpful, patient &, of course, knowledgeable which reflects on the company so very well. It was a delight to discover this company which embodies such good old customer relations & satisfaction.

I used Joint-It Simple many years ago and it still looks in perfect condition. I have followed the simple guidelines and maintenance plan and the results are 100%. Excellent product, would highly recommend.

First time using Joint-it simple, to say I was impressed with the product would be an understatement.
I viewed the easy to follow tutorial video, I must admit I was sceptical on how easy Gary made it look. How wrong was I, anyone who can use a broom can achieve a fantastic finish to their laid patio, it is that simple.
I contacted Joint-it for advise on how best to seal the Indian sandstone I used joint it simple on, they could not of been more helpful. I am looking forward to sealing it off using Joint it premium seal in a few weeks time, as recommended.

I rang Aisling on the 24th May 2021 to ask for pictures of the grey and dark grey grout as I was concerned about the dark grey probably being too grey for our future patio. Aisling listened attentively, emailed me some photographs of patios containing the grey and checked that I had received the photographs. She was a friendly and helpful voice who was a great ambassador for Joint-It.

I had a little problem and I emailed the Joint-it. I received a call very quickly, It was Mr. Gary

Great product very easy to use and looks great. It really compliments the patio stones.
