I’ve been doing the auto renewal 3 month plan for about a year no issues. My last refill was approved on 5/6/2025 and that cost me $750. It’s currently 5/30/2025 and I have no medication, missed 3 doses, I leave town for two weeks in 2 days so I will miss a total of 5 doses. After sending one email a week with their standard bot response I finally got a real response on 5/26 saying they’d look into it. Never heard back so today 5/30 I called the number on their site. When I finally get someone, they tell me they just can’t get ahold of the pharmacy. WHAT!? Reading these reviews this is clearly a company wide issue and the company’s comments about a shortage is bullshit. My doctor said there’s no shortage at this time and it would take months for us to see one from the trade standpoint. My co worker has no issue getting hers from another company. I liked Weightcare, but the decline was abrupt and now me and what looks like hundreds are left to dispute it with the bank and find a new provider.

Paid for product, but never received it
Service used to be good at Weightcare, but everything has changed in May 2025. I paid for my order on 5/4/25, and it usually sent out by FedEx within a week. It’s now the end of the month, and nothing has been received. When requesting status, they send the same canned message, that it will be sent by the end of the week, but nothing has ever been sent. Extremely disappointed, and now I just want my money back. I’d request using another company, and to stay away from Weightcare.

Up until now, my experience was great.
However, I paid for my shipment on May 9th 2025. Got the confirmation email on 5/10/2025.
It is now May 27th 2025 - AND NOTHING! I emailed and was told the standard "You will receive a text message when your order ships" This is ridiculous! There is no effort to remedy this situation by WeightCare. I also tried calling customer service and was on hold for over 20 minutes and got disconnected. I have no product and am out 250.00.
As I said, until now it was all good. Responsive customer service, shipping within a few days, no issues. WHAT HAPPENED????

First I want to say this is life changing. I gain back my confidence and feel more energized overall I feel good again. I started my process in January I already lost 20 pounds, my clothes are fitting “old jeans. I can’t be happier to share my experience and say it’s possible and it works.
17 days ago I ordered, still no product
I ordered their product May 7, 2025. It is now May 24, 2025. I have not received any order, nor have they actually shipped anything. May 21st, I emailed them and requested a refund due to the failure of their shipping anything. They responded by creating a shipping label May 22, 9am. So that was a Thursday. It is now Saturday and UPS still has not received any package from them. I clearly asked for a refund. They claimed it was shipped. Nothing has been received by UPS, per the tracking code. Scam? Business failure? I just wanted my order and got nothing.

Extremely Late Shipment, No Sign of Showing Up
Initially everything was smooth sailing. Then came time to get my second shipment. It has been over two weeks with no shipment arriving and no tracking number even being sent to indicate it has been shipped. I was charged already for this shipment. I emailed their customer support and they did not respond. I emailed them again and they responded that I should get the tracking number by end of week. The week ended and it did not come. Now comes the fight to get my money back AND find another provider. They better start shipping things on time or let the customers know they can't provide the compounded GLP-1 anymore. Their over 4 star rating is going to tank quick if they don't.

Not only has that not happened, they also won't respond on the phone or through email to figure out what physician was assigned to my case. I am on the verge of cancelling to go with a local company because they are not responsive to my needs.

My goal was to lose 20 pounds and figured in may take about 3 to 6 months. I just received my order on Thursday May, 15 2025 and in less than a week I'm down 6 pounds. It seems like by the end of my 6 week program I will have reached my goal. These are incredible results and thus far I have had no complications or even nausea. The tools you offer on the app are incredible as well. I really appreciate the time Luke took to explain the program and how to get the best results. I recommend WeightCare 100%!

2 weeks and still haven't sent medication
I just signed up with weightcare and I couldn't even tell you how good the medication is because I'm still waiting for it to be shipped. It's been 2 weeks since the "doctor" approved my medication and it just says that it's been sent to the pharmacy. Been stuck there the whole 2 weeks. I've spoken to customer service and they tell me that once approved by doctor is ships between 7-9 days. Well obviously we're way past that window. So I'm definitely cancelling my subscription before I end up spending way to much time and money on a product that isn't worth it. I can go to another company that's cheaper and faster and has better customer service.
