Aussi un problème d'adresse email du service client...
Les avis portent leurs fruits, le service client m'a contacté.
Mais le contact dans l'autre sens n'est pas facile, ils semblent ne pas recevoir les mails, redirigés vers une adresse gmail ...
Si ni le téléphone ni le mail ne fonctionnent, mais comment donc les joindre !?!
