I bought a stroller and the front wheel…

I bought a stroller and the front wheel broke within the first month. I contacted customer service and they said they would send a replacement within two weeks, but three months have passed. I email them every week but they don't respond. They are unprofessional; I do not recommend them.

Nöjed / Mercedes Benz AMG G63 Elbil,

I ordered the biggest sized ride on car for kids 03:00am and i live in västernorlland. i received it after 30 hours.
-The product is in very good condition .
-The quality is perfect.
-The price is better than other platforms.
*The only issue i faced that the shipping cost was so high (30% of the product price) , even thought the price of the product is moe than 3500Kr.

Update on my previous review

Update on my previous review: After my complaint, Jollyroom contacted me and promised a refund within 2-5 business days. That deadline has now passed and the payment still has not arrived. I have now contacted the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and will take further legal action if necessary. I do not recommend this company.

Failed to send package to right address twice..

Finding the right spare part for my kids bed was quick and smooth, but for Jollyroom in Sweden to send that one stick my way to Denmark, is a whole other story.

Never have i meet a company so incapable of following simple instruction in a mail. They managed twice to send the spare part the wrong place, they even asked me multiple times if i knew the person who had picked up the package! i mean.. come on. i wrote my address three times in 2 different email threads hoping the second thread would be better! same nonsense.
Ohh and btw, the third time i tried, they said the spare part was out of stock (which i think is kinda obvious by now) but with no intention to follow up when its back in stock, they closed the case just like that.

I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. How do you even exist when you can't even send the package to the correct address?
