I ordered the wrong size ring & emailed asking if the size could be amended before shipping the product, as opposed to having to return & exchange. Director emailed back promptly, advising it would be no issue whatsoever. Beautiful product, amazing quality! Also a really easy website to navigate and find what you’re looking for. Wholeheartedly recommend! :)

I chose a ring for my wife as it is our 40th anniversary coming up. I decided to surprise her with a Ruby ring
After dealing with Josh, the ring arrived promptly and secured.
She loves the ring, however being honest, it wasn’t exactly what she wanted. After a phone call to Josh he was very helpful and told me to return it and he would action a refund on receipt of the ring.
Which he did as soon as the ring was delivered. The service was fabulous and there was nothing wrong with the ring itself just not the style she wanted.
I would use Jolly’s again in the future should the need arise.

Really good experience with this store. I bough an engagement ring 3 month ago online and they delivered it the next day, I also asked to resize the ring, after arriving, as I took the wrong measurements, and they did it for free. I haven’t had any issues with my ring since I bought it , so all good. I recommend it.
